- 9 - Preparation PreparationCharging the Battery Use the dedicated AC adaptor (supplied), USB connection cable (supplied) and battery. • The battery is not charged when the camera is shipped. Charge the battery before use.•Charge the battery only when it is inserted in the camera. ¢ The camera can be supplied with power from a power outlet via the USB connection cable (supplied) only during playback mode.
