							Chapter 4 Settings — [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu

[D75LE95]Select this item when the Fixed-focus Lens (Model No.: ET- D75LE95) is used.
Move the lens to the ET- D75LE95 lens standard position after completing the calibration.

 fPressing the  button on the remote control for at least three seconds will also display the confirmation screen for lens calibration 
execution.
[LENS MEMORY]
Save and load the focus position, shift position, and zoom position of a\
n adjusted lens.
Saving lens position
1) Press  as to select [LENS MEMORY].

 fLens memory is not guaranteed to be 100   % reproduced. fThe zoom and focus positions may have shifted after lens memory was load\
ed. Readjust as necessary

Beware of shift, as errors in zoom position are particularly significant.
 f When a lens is replaced, readjust and save the lens memory again. fIf a lens without zoom function is used, the lens memory of the zoom pos\

Deleting a lens memory

[COOLING CONDITION] Displays the set cooling conditions.
[ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE] Displays the atmospheric pressure.

[AC VOLTAGE] Displays the input supply voltage.
[ON COUNT] [POWER ON TIMES]
Displays the number of times the power is turned on.
[MECHANICAL SHUTTER] Displays the number of times the mechanical shutter is closed.
It is counted when [MECHANICAL SHUTTER] is set to [ENABLE].
[FILTER TYPE] Displays the setting of the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [FILTER SETTING]  → [FILTER TYPE].
[FILTER COUNTER]
*2*3Displays the runtime of the filter (counter numeric value) and the recommend time to replace the filter .
[OPERATING MODE] Displays the setting value of the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [OPERATION SETTING]

[HIGH] Displays the runtime of the light source with [OPERATING MODE] set to [HIGH].
[NORMAL] Displays the runtime of the light source with [OPERATING MODE] set to [NORMAL].
[LONG LIFE1] Displays the runtime of the light source with [OPERATING MODE] set to [LONG LIFE1].
[LONG LIFE2] Displays the runtime of the light source with [OPERATING MODE] set to [LONG LIFE2].
[LONG LIFE3] Displays the runtime of the light source with [OPERATING MODE] set to [LONG LIFE3].
[USER1] Displays the runtime of the light source with [OPERATING MODE] set to [USER1].
[USER2] Displays the runtime of the light source with [OPERATING MODE] set to [USER2].
[USER3] Displays the runtime of the light source with [OPERATING MODE] set to [USER3].
[CONSOLIDATED RUNTIME]

Converts the total runtime of the light sources with [OPERATING MODE] set to each item into the 
time used with the [NORMAL] setting.
The converted runtime is used for a rough indication about when to perfo\
rm maintenance when the 
projector is used in combination of each item in [OPERATING MODE].

Displays the activation status by the Upgrade Kit (Model No.:

[SIGNAL INFORMATION][INPUT]
Displays the input terminal used for the projected image.
Displays the representative input terminal when one image is 
displayed with multiple input signals.
[SIGNAL FORMAT] Displays the format of the input signal.
[LINK] Displays the [SDI LINK] setting.
Displays the determination result of the signal when set to [AUT
O].
[2D/3D] Displays the determination results of the 2D/3D display
[SIMUL] Displays the [SIMUL INPUT SETTING] setting.
Displays the determination result of the signal when set to 
[AUTO(3D)] or [AUTO(2D)].
[COLOR FORMAT] Displays the color format of the input signal.
[SAMPLING] Displays the sampling information of the input signal.
[BIT DEPTH] Displays the gradation of the input signal.
[SIGNAL LEVEL] Displays the signal level of the input signal.
[DETAILED INFORMATION] [INPUT]
Displays the input terminal used for the projected image.
[SIGNAL FORMAT] Displays the format of the input signal.
[SIGNAL FREQUENCY] Displays the frequency of the input signal.
[SCAN TYPE] Displays the scan type of the input signal.
[TOTAL DOTS] Displays the total dot count of the input signal.
[DISPLAY DOTS] Displays the number of input signal display dots.
[TOTAL LINES] Displays the total line count of the input signal.
[DISPLAY LINES] Displays the number of input signal display lines.
[COLOR FORMAT] Displays the color format of the input signal.
[SAMPLING] Displays the sampling information of the input signal.
[BIT DEPTH] Displays the gradation of the input signal.
[SIGNAL LEVEL] Displays the signal level of the input signal.

[AC VOLTAGE MONITOR]
Enable or disable the AC voltage monitor function. The value of input supply voltage is displayed on the self-
diagnosis display at the side of the projector when enabled.

 fWhen [ON] is set, the value of the input supply voltage is always displayed in the self-diagnosis display while the main power of the projector 
is turned on.
 f Even when [OFF] is set, the value of input supply voltage can be displayed temporarily in the self-diagnosis display by operating the button 
on the remote control. (

to [LONG LIFE1], [LONG LIFE2], or [LONG LIFE3], the recommended time to replace the filter is not 
set.
[LONG LIFE] Select this item when the optional Long Life Filter Unit (Model No.: ET

EMFU330) is attached to the 
projector.
When the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [OPERATION SETTING]  → [OPERATING MODE] is set 
to [HIGH], the recommend time to replace the filter is set to 4
  000 hours.
When the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [OPERATION SETTING]  → [OPERATING MODE] is set 
to anything other than [HIGH], the recommended time to replace the filter is not set.
[SMOKE CUT] Select this item when the optional Smoke Cut Filter (Model No.: ET
-

SFR330) is attached to the 
projector.
When the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [OPERATION SETTING]  → [OPERATING MODE] is set 
to [HIGH], the recommend time to replace the filter is set to 50 hours.
When the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [OPERATION SETTING]  → [OPERATING MODE] is set 
to [NORMAL], [USER1], [USER2], or [USER3], the recommend time to replace the filter is set to 100 
hours.
Note
 f The [PROJECT OR SETUP] menu → [OPERATION SETTING]  → [OPERATING MODE] cannot be set to [LONG LIFE1], [LONG LIFE2], 
or [LONG LIFE3] when [FILTER TYPE] is set to [SMOKE CUT]. Set [OPERATING MODE] to [HIGH], [NORMAL], [USER1], [USER2], or

Locate a separate, small sub screen in the main screen to project two images simultaneously .

On the menu screen, select [TEST PATTERN] from the main menu.

[TEST PATTERN]
Display the test pattern built-in to the projector.
Settings of position, size, and other factors will not be reflected in test patterns. Make sure to display the input 
signal before performing various adjustments.

Changing the color of the cross hatch test pattern
The color can be changed when the “Menu screen + Cross hatch” test pattern is displayed.
