    (1)	 Click	[No.],	[Type]	or	[Name].
    (2)	 Click	[Edit].
    (3)	 Click	[Select	from	Address	Book].
    (4)	 Click	[Favorites]	or	[Coded	Dial]	from	the	drop-down	list	 and	click	[Display].
    (5)	 Select	the	check	\fox	of	the	destination	which	you	want	 to	add	to	the	group	and	click	[OK].
    (6)	 Make	sure	the	destination	you	registered	is	displayed	in	 [Mem\fers	List]	and	click	[OK].
     
    ● To delete destination(s) fro\f the registered group dial
    (1)	 Click	[No.],	[Type]	or	[Name].
    (2)	 Click	[Edit].
    (3)	 Select	the	destination	to	\fe	deleted	from	[Mem\fers	List]	 and	click	[Delete].

    Basic Procedures for Sending Faxes
    This	section	descri\fes	the	\fasic	procedure	for	sending	a	fax.

    When your fax is placed in the feeder
    The scan starts. Your fax is sent to the destination \Iwhen the scan is 
    com\blete.
    When your fax is placed on the platen glass
    Perform the following \brocedure.
    (1)  Select the size of the original document using \I[
    ] or [] and

    num\fer	(001	to	181)	with	the	numeric	keys.
    To	select	a	destination	from	the	coded	dial	codes,	you	need	to	register	
    destinations	in	these	codes	in	advance.

    To clear the entered destination
    (1)	Press	[
    ]	(Clear).*	 If	multiple	destinations	have	\feen	specified,	select	the	destination	that	you

    (2)	Select		using	[]	and	press	[OK].*	To	clear	all	the	scan	settings	specified,	press	[]	(Reset).

     When group addresses are registered in coded dial codes

    ]	(Coded	Dial),	and	then	enter	the	three-digit	registration	num\fer	(001	to	181)	with	the	numeric	keys.
    To clear the entered destination
