MONTEREN
WIELEN/MAAIHOOGTE (fig. 4)
1. Druk wielbout A in naafdop B.
2. Klik de centrumkop C vast.
3. Monteer het wiel in één van de vier posities van de 
bevestigingsplaat.
4. Haal stevig aan met de hand met behulp van de 
vingergreep in de naafdop.
N.B.! Alle wielen moeten ingesteld worden op de-
zelfde maaihoogte.
STUUR TYPE I (fig. 1)
1. Druk de ene stuurbuis in de bevestiging aan de lin-
kerkant zoals aangegeven op de afbeelding.
2. Bevestig het bovengedeelte van het stuur.
3. Draai het hele stuur in de tegenovergestelde rich-
ting zoals aangegeven op de afbeelding.
4. Duw de andere stuurbuis in het bovengedeelte.
5. Duw de stuurbuis in de bevestiging aan de rechter-
kant.
6. Draai het hele stuur terug naar de rechte stand.
7. Monteer de schroeven. Haal goed aan.
8. Bevestig de elektrische kabel in de kabelhouders.
9. Zet de elektrische kabel vast met een bevesti-
gingsband.
STUUR TYPE III (fig. 2)
1. Plaats de stuurbuizen in de stuurboog.
2. Monteer de schroeven. Haal goed aan.
3. Druk de stuurbevestigingen in de gaten in het 
chassis.
4. Monter de schroeven. Haal goed aan.
5. Monteer het stuur op de stuur-bevestigingen met 
schroeven, volgringen en borgwieltjes. Door de 
borgwieltjes een stukje uit te schroeven kan het 
stuur naar voren worden geklapt. De maaier 
neemt dan minder plaats in, bijv. bij transport.
6. Bevestig de elektrische kabel in de kabelhouders.7. Zet de elektrische kabel vast met een bevesti-
gingsband.
1.  Fixeer de elektrische kabel met behulp van een 
strop.
STUUR TYPE III (FIG. 3)
1. Let erop dat de openingen in het stuur aan de 
rechterzijde zitten. Doe de tappen op de schake-
laar in de openingen in het stuur. Let erop dat de 
kabel niet beklemd raakt en dat de knop naar 
buiten zit. Klem de bevestiging voorzichtig 
vast, zodat deze goed op het stuur aansluit.
Monteer de schroeven. Haal ze goed aan.
2. Druk de stuurbevestigingen in de openingen op 
het chassis.
3. Monteer de schroeven. Haal ze goed aan.
4. Monteer het stuur op de stuurbevestigingen met 
behulp van schroeven, plaatjes en vergrendel-
knoppen. Door de vergrendelknoppen enigszins 
los te draaien, kan het stuur naar voren worden 
geklapt. De maaier neemt dan, bijv. bij het ver-
voeren, minder ruimte in beslag.
5. Fixeer de elektrische kabel met behulp van een 
strop.
GRASVANGBAK (fig. 5)
Druk het boven- en ondergedeelte van de grasvang-
bak in elkaar.
Open het luik van de machine en haak de grasvang-
bak vast in het chassis. 
N.B.! De gazonmaaier kan gebruikt worden zonder 
grasvangbak. In dat geval beland het gras in een baan 
achter de machine.
GEBRUIK VAN DE MACHINE
AANSLUITING (fig. 6, 7)
Gebruik alleen een verlengsnoer dat is 
goedgekeurd voor gebruik buitenshuis met een 
maximale lengte van 50 meter en niet lichter dan 
type 245 IEC 53 (H05RR-F) of 227 IEC 53 
(H05VV-F). Neem bij onzekerheid contact op met 
uw dealer.
Om veiligheidsredenen moet de gazonmaaier aange-
sloten worden op een beveiliging tegen aardsluiting.
Ontlast het verlengsnoer in de kabelontlaster op 
het stuur.

STARTEN/STOPPEN (fig. 8)
Start de gazonmaaier op een vlakke en stevige bo-
dem. Start nooit in hoog gras. Druk het stuur om-
laag zodat de voorwielen iets van de grond komen 
om de weerstand te verminderen.
Motor starten:
1. Druk de knop in.
2. Trek het handvat naar het stuur toe.
Motor stoppen: Laat het handvat los.
MAAIEN (fig 9)
Maai altijd van het snoer weg.
Maak de grasvangbak op tijd leeg zodat de uitwer-
popening niet verstopt raakt en het opvang-vermo-
gen niet verslechtert.
Om te voorkomen dat de motor overbelast raakt, 
mag u de gazon-maaier niet te snel voortduwen in 
hoog gras.
ONDERHOUD
MES VERVANGEN (fig. 10)
Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact voor u on-
derhoud, service e.d. uitvoert aan de machine, of 
ze schoonmaakt.
Draag altijd veiligheidshand-schoenen. Maak de 
messenbout los met behulp van een 26 mm sleutel. 
Monteer het nieuwe mes. Aanhaal-koppel 15 Nm.
Gebruik altijd originele reserve-onderdelen.
SCHOONMAKEN/OPBERGEN (fig. 
11)
Maak na elk gebruik de maaier schoon met een 
borstel of een doek. De koelluchtinlaat rond het 
motor-deksel moet schoon gehouden worden, zo-
dat er geen gras en vuil ophoopt waardoor de mo-
tor overver-hit kan raken.
De onderkant van het chassis kan schoonge-
schraapt worden. Het mag nooit schoongespoeld 
worden met water. De maaier moet op een droge 
plaats opgeborgen worden.

TOOLS FOR ASSEMBLEY
WHEELS/CUTTING HEIGHT (fig. 4)
1. Insert the wheel bolt A in the hub cap B.
2. Snap-on the centre cup C.
3. Fit the wheel in one of the fixing plates four po-
sitions.
4. Tighten securely by hand using the finger-grip 
holes in the hub cap.
NOTE! The same cutting height should be set on all 
four wheels.
STEERING TYPE I (fig. 1)
1. Insert a steering tube into the bracket on the left-
hand side as illustrated.
2.  Slide in the steerings upper section.
3. Turn the entire steering in the opposite direction 
as illustrated.
4. Insert the other steering tube into the upper sec-
tion.
5. Insert the steering tube into the bracket on the 
right-hand side.
6. Turn back the entire steering into the upright po-
sition.
7. Fit the screws. Tighten securely.
8. Secure the electrical cable into the cable holder.
9. Fix the electrical cable using a cable tie.
STEERING TYPE II (fig. 2)
1 . Insert the steering shaft into the handlebar arch. 
2. Fit the screws. Tighten securely.
3. Press the steering sockets into the holes in the 
chassis. 
4. Fit the screws. Tighten securely.
5. Attach the handlebar to the steering sockets us-
ing screws, washers and locking knobs. The han-
dlebar can be tilted forward by loosening the 
locking knobs slightly. The mower will then take 
up less space during transportation. 
6. Secure the electrical cable into the cable holder.7. Fix the electrical cable using a cable tie.
STEERING TYPE III (fig. 3)
1. Make sure that the holes in the handle are on the 
right side. Align the pins on the switch with the 
holes in the handle. Make sure that the cable 
does not get caught and that the button is on the 
outside. Carefully clamp the mount so that it fits 
securely around the handle.
Install the screws. Tighten properly.
2. Press the handle mounts down into the holes in 
the chassis.
3. Install the screws. Tighten properly.
4. Install the handle on the handle mounts with 
screws, washers and locking wheels. By un-
screwing the locking wheels a little, the handle 
can be folded forward. The mower then takes 
up less room e.g. during transport.
5. Secure the power cable with cable ties.
GRASS COLLECTOR (fig. 5)
Snap-together the grass collectors upper and lower 
parts.
Open the cover on the machine and hook the grass 
collector onto the chassis.
NOTE! The lawn mower can be used without the 
grass collector. The grass will then collect in a bead 
behind the machine.
USING THE MOWER
CONNECTION (fig. 6, 7)
Only use an extension cable that is approved for 
outdoor use with a maximum length of 50 m. It 
should not be lighter than type 245 IEC 53 
(H05RR-F) or 227 IEC 53 (H05VV-F). If you are 
unsure of anything, please contact your dealer.
To increase safety the lawn mower should be con-
nected to an earth-fault breaker.
Support the extension cable in the cable support on 
the steering.
START/STOP (fig. 8)
Start the mower on flat, solid ground. Do not start 
in long grass. Press on the steering so that the front 
wheels lift slightly from the ground to reduce grass

resistance.
Starting the motor:
1. Press the button
2. Pull the handle towards the steering.
Stopping the motor: Release the handle.
CUTTING (fig. 9)
Always cut away from the cable.
Empty the grass collector in good time so that the 
grass deflector does not get blocked and reduce 
grass collection capacity.
To avoid overloading the motor, do not push the 
mower too quickly in long grass.
MAINTENANCE
CHANGING BLADES (fig. 10)
Always pull out the plug before carrying out main-
tenance, cleaning or other actions on the machine.
Wear protective gloves. Loosen the blade bolts us-
ing a 26 mm spanner. Fit a new blade. Tightening 
torque 15 Nm.
Always use genuine spare parts.
CLEANING AND STORAGE (fig. 11)
Always wipe or brush off the mower after use.
The cold air intake around the motor casing should 
always be kept free from grass and dirt so that the 
motor does not overheat.
The underside of the chassis can be scraped clean. 
Never rinse with water.
The mower should be stored in the dry.

HERRAMIENTAS PARA EL MONTAJE
RUEDAS/ALTURA DE CORTE (fig. 4)
1. Introducir el perno A en el tapacubo B.
2. Fijar la pieza central C presionándola.
3. Montar la rueda en una cualquiera de las cuatro 
posiciones de la chapa de fijación.
4. Apretar bien con la mano apoy-ando los dedos en 
el tapacubos.
NOTA: Debe ajustarse la misma altura de corte en 
todas las ruedas.
MANILLAR TIPO I (fig. 1)
1. Introducir un tubo del manillar en la fijación del 
lado izquierdo, según la figura.
2. Introducir la parte superior del manillar.
3. Girar el manillar completo en el sentido opuesto, 
según la figura.
4. Introducir el otro tubo de la parte superior.
5. Introducir el tubo del manillar en la fijación del 
lado derecho.
6. Hacer girar el manillar completo hasta endere-
zarlo.
7. Montar los tornillos. Apretarlos bien.
8. Fijar el cable eléctrico a los soportes de cable.
9. Fijar el cable eléctrico con una cinta.
MANILLAR TIPO II (fig. 2)
1. Introduzca los tubos del manillar en el arco.
2. Montar los tornillos. Apretarlos bien.
3. Encaje las fijaciones del manillar en los agujeros 
del chasis.
4. Montar los tornillos. Apretarlos bien.
5. Monte el manillar en sus fijaciones con tornillos, 
arandelas y volantes de cierre. El manillar puede 
ser plegado hacia delante desatornillando com-
pletamente los volantes de cierre. De esta forma 
el cortacéspedes ocupa menos espacio, p. ej. en 
caso de transporte.6. Fijar el cable eléctrico a los soportes de cable.
7. Fijar el cable eléctrico con una cinta.
MANILLAR TIPO III (fig. 3)
1.  Los agujeros del volante deben estar en el lado 
derecho. Insertar las espigas del interruptor en 
los agujeros del volante. Procurar que el cable 
no quede apretado y que el botón esté en la parte 
exterior. Presionar con cuidado la fijación para 
que quede bien apretada en el volante. 
Poner los tornillos y apretarlos bien.
2.  Insertar los soportes del volante en el chasis.
3.  Poner los tornillos y apretarlos bien.
4.  Montar el volante en los soportes con tornillos, 
arandelas y las manijas de fijación. El volante 
puede abatirse hacia adelante desenroscando un 
poco las manijas de fijación. Entonces la má-
quina ocupa menos sitio; por ejemplo, para 
transportarla.
5.  Fijar el cable eléctrico con abrazaderas.
RECOGEDOR DE HIERBA (fig. 5)
Montar, presionándolas las partes superior e infe-
rior.
Abrir la tapa de la máquina y enganchar el recoge-
dor en el chasis.
NOTA: El cortacéspedes puede utilizarse sin el re-
cogedor. La hierba cortada forma entonces un cor-
dón detrás de la máquina.
USO DE LA MAQUINA
CONEXION (fig. 6, 7)
Utilizar solamente un cable prolongador aprobado 
para el uso en exteriores, con una longitud máxima 
de 50 metros y no más liviano que los del tipo 245 
IEC 53 (H05RR-F) o 227 IEC 53 (H05VV-F). Si 
tiene dudas, diríjase a nuestro representante.
Para más seguridad es conveniente conectar la má-
quina a un interruptor de protección de masa.
Descargar el cable de prolongación en el dispositi-
vo para ello que hay en el manillar.
ARRANQUE/PARADA (fig. 8)
Arrancar el cortacéspedes cuando se halle sobre 
suelo plano y firme. No lo arranque donde hay

hierba alta. Presione el manillar para que las ruedas 
delanteras se levanten algo del suelo a fin de redu-
cir la resistencia de la hierba.
Arranque del motor:
1. Apretar el botón.
2. Tirar del mango hacia el manillar.
Parada del motor: Soltar el mango.
CORTE (fig. 9)
Corte siempre de manera que se aleje del cable.
Vacíe el recogedor con buena antelación para que 
la salida no se obtura.
Para evitar sobrecargar el motor, no empuje la má-
quina demasiado a prisa en hierba alta.
MANTENIMIENTO
CAMBIO DE CUCHILLAS (fig. 10)
Desconecte siempre el enchufe antes de proceder 
al mantenimiento, limpieza o cualquier otra inter-
vención en la máquina.
Utilice guantes de protección. Desmonte el perno 
de la cuchilla con una llave de 26 mm. Montar la 
nueva cuchilla. Par de apriete: 15 Nm.
Utilice siempre repuestos originales.
LIMPIEZA/ALMACENAJE (fig. 11)
Después de cada uso hay que limpiar el cortacés-
pedes con un cepillo o un trapo.
Hay que mantener libre de hierba y suciedad la 
toma de aire de refrigeración alrededor de la cu-
bierta del motor, para que éste no se sobrecaliente.
Hay que mantener limpia la parte inferior del cha-
sis, pero nunca debe rociarse con agua.
Guardar la máquina en lugar seco.

Avvertenza! Non infilare le mani o i piedi 
sotto il carter mentre la macchina è in fun-
zione.
Avvertenza! La lama continua a ruotare 
per un po di tempo anche dopo lo spegni-
mento della macchina.

UTENSILI PER IL MONTAGGIO
RUOTE/ALTEZZA DI TAGLIO (fig. 4)
1. Infilare il bullone A nel coprimozzo B.
2. Premere a posto il tappo C.
3. Montare la ruota su una delle quattro posizioni 
dellattacco.
4. Stringere bene, manualmente, aiutandosi con la 
presa sul coprimozzo.
N.B! Tutte le ruote devono essere montate alla 
stessa altezza di taglio.
MANUBRIO TIPO I (fig. 1)
1. Infilare unasta del manubrio nel fissaggio a si-
nistra come da figura.
2. Montarvi la sezione superiore del manubrio.
3. Girare tutto il manubrio in senso opposto, come 
da figura. 
4. Inserire laltra asta nella sezione superiore.
5. Infilare lasta nel fissaggio a destra come da fi-
gura.
6. Riportare tutto il manubrio in posizione.
7. Montare le viti. Serrare bene.
8. Fermare il filo nei portafilo.
9. Legare il filo elettrico con le fascette.
MANUBRIO TIPO II (fig. 2)
1. Montare le viti. Serrare bene.
2. Inserire i profili del manubrio nellarco.
3. Premere i fermi del manubrio nel fori del telaio.
4. Montare le viti. Serrare bene.
5. Fissare il manubrio ai fermi con lausilio di viti 
e rondelle, quindi bloccarlo con i volantini. Al-
lentando leggermente i volantini è possibile pie-
gare in avanti il manubrio. In questo modo si 
riduce lingombro del rasaerba, ad es. durante il 
trasporto.
6. Fermare il filo nei portafilo.
7. Legare il filo elettrico con le fascette.
MANUBRIO TIPO III (fig. 3)
1.  Accertarsi che i fori dell’impugnatura siano ri-
volti verso destra. Allineare le spine dell’inter-
ruttore ai fori dell’impugnatura. Verificare che 
il cavo non sia schiacciato e che il pulsante sia 
rivolto verso l’esterno. Applicare l’attacco con 
cautela in modo che aderisca perfettamente 
all’impugnatura.
Inserire le viti e serrarle a fondo.
2.  Spingere gli attacchi dell’impugnatura nei fori 
del telaio.
3.  Inserire le viti e serrarle a fondo.
4.  Montare l’impugnatura sui relativi attacchi, fis-
sandola con viti, rondelle e volantini di bloccag-
gio. Allentando leggermente i volantini di 
bloccaggio è possibile piegare in avanti l’impu-
gnatura, in modo che il rasaerba occupi meno 
spazio, ad es. durante il trasporto.
5.  Fissare il cavo di alimentazione con fascette di 
serraggio.
RACCOGLIERBA (fig. 5)
Assemblare la parte superiore e quella inferiore del 
raccoglierba.
Aprire lo sportello della macchina e agganciare il 
raccoglierba al telaio.
N.B! Il rasaerba può essere usato senza raccoglier-
ba. Lerba viene lasciata in filari dietro la macchi-
na.
USO DEL RASAERBA
COLLEGAMENTO (fig. 6, 7)
Utilizzare esclusivamente una prolunga omologata 
per uso all’aperto della lunghezza massima di 50 
metri e di sezione non inferiore al tipo 245 IEC 53 
(H05RR-F) oppure 227 IEC 53 (H05VV-F). In 
caso di dubbi, rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore.
Per una maggiore sicurezza il rasaerba andrebbe 
collegato ad un interruttore con salvavita.
Agganciare la prolunga al gancio relativo sul ma-
nubrio.
