    Programmingchannelsautomatically
    YourTVcan automatically detectallactive channels inyour
    area andstore them
    initsmemory. Afterthechannels are
    programmed automatically, youcanmanually addorerase
    individual channels
    inthechannel memory.
    Note:

    Youmust configure theANT/CABLE inputsource before
    programming channels

    • Ifthe ANT/CABLE inputsignal type
    issettoCable, the
    automatic channelprogramming processeraseschannels
    that were previously programmed intothe
    TVsmemory
    •Ifthe ANT/CABLE inputsignal typeisset toAntenna, the
    automatic channelprogramming processaddsnewly found
    channels tothe existing set
    ofprogrammed channels(and
    does NOTerase channels thatwere previously
    programmed intothe
    TVsmemory)Toremove anAntenna
    source channel fromthememory, youmust manually delete
    it.
    •TotunetheTVtoachannel notprogrammedinthe channel
    memory, youmust usetheChannel Numberbuttonsonthe
    remote control.
    • Programming channelswhentheANT/CABLE inputis
    configured forCable willtake substantially longerthanwhen
    the antenna input
    isconfigured forAntenna.Thisisnormal;
    however, oncechannel programming
    isfinished, youshould
    not have torepeat theprogramming processagainunless
    your Cable

    to bring uptheStart,and press @again to
    begin channel programming.
    The TVwill automatically cyclethrough allthe antenna
    channels, andstore allactive channels inthe channel
    memory. WhiletheTV iscycling through thechannels,
    the message Scanning channels,pleasewaitappears (as
    shown above).
    4Tocancel channel programming, pressE~Tonthe remote
    control (orhighlight
    Cancelinthe on-screen displayand
    press@).
    Whenchannel programming isfinished, pressr£1ort:fJto
    view theprogrammed channels.
    Manuallyaddinganddeletingchannels
    inthechannelmemory
    Afterautomatically programmingchannelsintothechannel
    memory, youcanmanually addordelete individual channels.
    Toaddordeletechannels inthe channel memory:
    1FromtheSetupmenu, highlightInstallationandpress

    2Open theTerrestrialmenu, highlightChannelAddl
    Delete,andthen press@.
    Toadd achannel tothe channel memory:
    Highlight theunchecked boxnext tothe channel numberyou
    want toadd, andthen press
    @tocheck thebox.
    Tomanually adddigital subchannels onaphysical
    channel:
    Use theChannel Numbers andtheDash(@)onthe remote
    control toenter thechannel number(forexample,
    56-I).
    Ifthechannel isfound, thenumber willbeadded tothe list and
    the box willbechecked.
    Ifthe channel isnot found, amessage willappear.
    Toremove achannel fromthechannel memory:
    Highlight thechecked boxnext tothe channel numberyou
    want toremove, andthen press
    @touncheck thebox.
    To save yournewsettings:
    HighlightDoneandpress@.
    Note: Avideo previewofthecurrently highlighted channelis
