Transferring Calls
With the Auto Dial feature, you can transfer a call by typing someone’s name. The Attendant 
Console also provides information on the Conference/Transfer screen so that you can better 
respond to callers. In addition to the basic conference/transfer features, the PC Attendant 
provides you with a variety of transfer options.

If Auto Dial is off and a 
match is found, press Enter. 
The PCATT will perform either a 
Blind Transfer or an Announce 
Transfer based on Setup.
If no match is found, in the 
Conference/Transfer dialog box 
and highlight the name desired in
