    Note: Position slicing di\Àsk just to t\be rig\bt of t\be feed c\bute.  T\bis allows t\be 
    blade a full rotation before contacting t\be food.4.  To adjust t\be slicing t\bickn\Àess, move t\be lever at t\be base of feed c\bute 
    forward and backwards to desired t\bickness setting (1-5mm). \ÀTurn t\be 
    lever counterclockwise towards t\be front of t\be food processor for t\bicker 
    slices and clockwise towards t\be back of t\be food processor for t\binner 
    slices. You are able to adjust t\bickness w\bile t\be processor is running. (N\À)
    5.  Turn t\be speed control dial to a MEDIUM (straig\bt up) or LOW (pointing 
    to t\be left) speed setti\Àng to slice. Press toggle up towards START|OFF to 
    start t\be food processor. Press lig\btly but firmly\À on food pus\ber to guide 
    food t\broug\b slicing blade.
    Note: Heavy pressure on t\be pus\ber does n\Àot speed t\be work; use t\be pus\ber 
    only as a guide. Let t\be processor do t\be work. Pus\bing too \bard may result in 
    inconsistent slicing t\bicknes\Às. 
    Note: It is possible to c\bange t\be t\bickness of your slices by c\banging 
    pressure on t\be food item w\ben guiding it i\Ànto t\be feed tube. Use more 
    pressure for a t\bicker slice and less pressure for a t\binner slice. 
    Note: C\banging t\bickness settings wit\b ot\ber\À disks or blades in\Àstalled will 
    \bave no effect on t\be operation.  6.  W\ben finis\bed, press t\be toggle up towards START|OFF and allow t\be 
    disk to stop revolving completely. Unplug t\be applian\Àce and turn lid 
    clockwise to remove.
    7.  Carefully remove slicing disk by lifting straig\bt up off center post. 
    8.  Unlock workbowl by turning it clock\Àwise and lift off b\Àase.
    9.  Empty workbowl and unplug appl\Àiance w\ben not in use.
    USING THE SHREDDIN\ÀG DISK IN THE LARG\ÀE 
    WORKBOWL
    1. Lock t\be large workbowl into position.
    2.  Place blade s\baft onto center post in large workbowl.  
    3.  Insert your fingers into t\be 2 large \boles on t\be 
    disk wit\b t\be desired side up (small \boles for fine 
    s\bredding and large \boles for coarse s\bredding). Place s\bredding disk 
    onto blade s\baft in workbowl (O). You may need to rotate disk slig\btly 
    until it fits onto post.
    4.  Place lid on workbowl and lock into place by rotating counterclockwise.
    5.  Place food in feed c\bute and use food pus\ber to guide foods towards 
    s\bredding disk. 
    6.  Turn t\be speed control dial to a MEDIUM (straig\bt up). Press lig\btly but 
    firmly on food pus\ber to guide food t\broug\b processor.

    Pull s\baft out of t\b\Àe workbowl.  Unlock workbowl by turning it clock\Àwise 
    and lift off base.
    9.  Empty workbowl.
    10.  Unplug appliance w\ben not in use. 
    USING THE SHREDDIN\ÀG DISK IN 
    THE SMALL WORKBOWL
    1. Lock large workbowl into position on food 
    processor base. 
    2.  Place small workbowl in large workbowl, fitting 
    t\be tabs on t\be outsi\Àde of t\be small bowl into t\be 
    notc\bes on t\be large workbowl. T\bis will \bold t\be 
    small bowl firmly in place.
    3.  Carefully place t\be s\bredding disk on blad\Àe s\baft in bottom of workbowl. (P) 
    4.  Place lid on workbowl and lock into place by rotating lid counterclockwise
    5.  Follow remaining steps as indicated in USING THE SHR\ÀEDDING DISK IN 
    THE LARGE WORKBOWL.
    HELPFUL TIPS WHEN \ÀSLICING   
    OR SHREDDING
    •  Before slicing round fruits and vegetables t\broug\b t\be processor cut a 
    t\bin slice from t\be bottom so food will be more stable. Place food cut side 
    down in t\be feed c\bute. 
    •  Always remove seeds, core and pits before processing
    •  Select foods t\bat are firm and not over ripe. 
    •  Remove t\be core from \bard vegetables, suc\b as ca\Àbbage.
    •  To s\bred lettuce or cabbage use t\be s\Àlicing blade. Slice against t\be grain 
    using your desired t\bickness setting.
    •  W\ben slicing t\binner \Àvegetables cut t\bem jus\Àt s\bort of t\be lengt\b\À of t\be 
    feed c\bute; stand t\bem vertically in t\be feed c\bute so t\bey are solidly 
    packed and cannot turn \Àor tilt.
    •  A few large pieces of food may remain on top of t\be disk after slicing or 
    s\bredding.  If desired, cut t\bese by \band and add to mixture.
    •  Soft and semi \bard c\beeses s\bould be well c\billed before s\bredding. For 
    best results wit\b soft c\bees\Àes suc\b as mozzarella, freeze 15-20 minutes 
    before processing. Cut to fit feed tube and process using even pressure. 
    •  To slice uncooked meat, cut or roll food to fit feed tube. Remove all visible 
    fat. Wrap and freeze food until \bard to t\be touc\b but not solidl\Ày frozen, 30 
    minutes to 2 \bours depending o\Àn t\be t\bickness of t\be food. C\beck to be 
    sure you can still pierce t\be food wit\b t\be tip of \Àa s\barp knife. If not, allow 
    to t\baw slig\btly and process using even pressure.

    •  To slice cooked meat, including salam\Ài and pepperoni, food s\bould be 
    very cold. Cut in pieces to fit feed tube and process food using firm, 
    even pressure. 
    •  Remove t\be slicing/s\bredding disk before removing t\be workbowl from 
    t\be processor. 
    USING THE S BLADE IN THE LARGE WORKBOWL
    1. Lock workbowl in place on base. 
    2.  Carefully insert t\be bla\Àde s\baft into t\be S blade. W\ben 
    t\be S blade gets to t\be bottom of t\be s\baft, tur\Àn 
    clockwise to lock (Q). You will feel it lock into place.  
    3.  Place blade and s\baft attac\bment in work bowl on 
    center post. 
    Note: T\be blade attac\bments are very s\barp. Use caution 
    w\ben \bandling and storing.  4.  Place food in workbowl. 
    5.  Place lid on workbowl and lock into place by rotating lid 
    counterclockwise.
    6.  Make sure food pus\bers are securely in place in feed c\bute. Never use 
    your fingers to direct food t\broug\b c\bute. 
    7.  Turn t\be speed control dial to select your speed.   
    Press toggle up towards START|OFF to start t\be food processor. 
    8.  To add food or liquid w\bile \Àprocessor is running, remove food pus\ber 
    and insert t\broug\b t\be feed c\bute. Replace food pus\ber in c\bute. 
    9.  W\ben finis\bed, press t\be toggle up towards START|OFF and allow blades 
    to stop revolving before removing lid. Twist lid clockwise to remove from 
    t\be workbowl. 
    Note: Press toggle down towards PULSE to c\bop items suc\b as nuts, 
    onions, bread crumbs and cracker crumbs. Press and 
    \bold t\be toggle downward towards PULSE for several 
    seconds, t\ben release. Repeat until food reac\bes desired 
    consistency.
    \bmportant: Be sure S blade \bas completely stopped 
    spinning and unplu\Àg appliance before removing lid from 
    processor.  10.  To unlock workbowl, turn it clockwise and lift off b\Àase. 
    11.  Carefully remove S blade by pulling s\baft straig\bt up 
    and empty workbowl. 
    Note: To remove S Blade from blade s\baft, turn\À counterclockwise and pull blade 
    s\baft out from bottom. (R) 12.  Unplug appliance w\ben not in use.

    USING THE MINI S B\ÀLADE IN 
    THE SMALL WORKBOWL
    1.  Lock large workbowl into position on food 
    processor base. 
    2.  Place small workbowl in large workbowl, fitting 
    t\be tabs on t\be outsi\Àde of t\be small bowl into t\be notc\bes on t\be large 
    workbowl. T\bis will \bold t\be sma\Àll bowl firmly in place. (S)
    3.  Carefully place t\be mini S blade on\À blade s\baft in bott\Àom of workbowl. 
    4.  Place lid on workbowl and lock into place by rotating lid 
    counterclockwise.
    5.  Follow remaining steps as outlined in U\ÀSING THE S BLADE I\ÀN THE 
    LARGE WORKBOWL.
    \bmportant: Disks and blades mu\Àst be removed before removing small workbowl.  
    6.  To remove small workbowl from large workbowl, use t\be two finger 
    grips to lift up.  
    HELPFUL TIPS FOR USING   
    THE S BLADE 
    •  T\be processor works very quickly, watc\b carefully to avoid over-
    processing foods.
    •  For best results, process foods t\bat are about t\be same size.
    •  W\ben c\bopping cooked or raw meat, t\be food s\bould be very cold.
    •  Processing nuts or ot\ber \b\Àard foods may scratc\b t\be surface finis\b on t\be 
    inside of t\be bowl.
    •  Do not overfill t\be bowl.
    •  Never walk away from t\be processor w\bile it is on.
    •  Use \bot but never boiling liquids.\À
    •  T\be large workbowl \bas a capacity o\Àf 4 cups (32 oz) for liquid and 10 
    cups (80 oz.) for dry foods; t\be small workbowl can process up to 3 cups.
    •  To mince garlic, drop garlic cloves t\broug\b t\be feed tube opening w\bile 
    t\be processor is running.
    USING THE DOUGH BL\ÀADE
    \bmportant: T\be doug\b blade can on\Àly be used wit\b t\be 
    large workbowl. Only run t\be processor on LOW speed 
    w\ben using t\be doug\b \Àblade. 
    1.  Lock workbowl onto base.
    2.  Place doug\b blade on bla\Àde s\baft and turn it\À clockwise to lock it onto 
    bottom of s\baft. You will feel it lock into place. Pus\b doug\b blade and 
    s\baft down onto center post in workbowl until it is ful\Àly seated. (T)

    3. Insert all t\be dry i\Àngredients into t\be workbowl.
    4.  Place cover on workbowl. Secure food pus\bers in feed c\bute and process 
    on LOW speed. 
    5.  Wit\b appliance running, add liqu\Àids t\broug\b t\be food pus\ber. W\ben finis\bed, 
    press toggle up towards START|OFF to stop t\be blade. Twist lid clockwise to 
    remove.  
    \bmportant: Allow t\be blade to stop revolving completely and unplug before 
    removing lid.  6.  To unlock workbowl, turn it clockwise and lift off 
    base. 
    7.  Carefully remove doug\b blade by pulling s\baft 
    straig\bt up and empty w\Àorkbowl. To remove doug\b 
    blade from s\baft, turn blad\Àe counterclockwise and 
    lift off t\be s\baft. \À(U)
    8.  Unplug appliance w\ben not in use. 
    HELPFUL TIPS WHEN \ÀUSING THE 
    DOUGH BLADE
    • For best results do not prepare recipes using more t\ban 3½  cups flour. 
    •  Begin wit\b 1 cup les\Às t\ban t\be maximum a\Àmount of flour and \Àadd 
    additional flour, as needed, once mixture is well blended.
    •  Pour liquid t\broug\b feed c\bute in a slow steady stream.  
    •  Knead doug\b no longe\Àr t\ban one minute.
    •   Do not leave processor unattended during operation. 
    GENERAL TIPS FOR USING THE PROCE\ÀSSOR
    •  Organize processing tasks to avoid multiple cleanup\Às of t\be bowl; process 
    dry before wet.
    •  T\be processor will be more efficient if filled n\Ào more t\ban 
    1/2 to 2/3 full.
    •  If s\bredded, sliced or diced food piles up on one \Àside of t\be bowl, stop t\be 
    processor and redistribute t\be food using a spatula. 
    •  To take advantage of t\be speed of\À t\be processor, drop foods t\broug\b t\be 
    feed c\bute wit\b t\be processor running. 
    •  To minimize slender foods, suc\b as carrots or celery, from falling over in t\be 
    feed c\bute, cut food into several pieces and pack t\be feed c\bute wit\b t\be food. 
    •  Apply lig\bt pressure on t\be pus\ber for soft foods (berries and tomatoes) 
    and slig\btly more pressure for \bard foods (onions and potatoes). 
    •  Do not process foods t\bat are so frozen or \bard t\bat t\be tip of a knife cannot 
    be inserted into t\be food.
    •  If a piece of \bard food, suc\b as a carr\Àot, becomes wedged or stuck on t\be 
    blade, stop t\be processor and unplug, t\ben\À remove t\be blade. Carefully 
    remove food from t\be blade.
    •   W\ben c\bopping sticky dried fruits, pla\Àce t\be fruits in t\be fr\Àeezer for 
    about 10 minutes and add a little \Àflour or sugar to keep t\be pieces from 
    sticking toget\ber. 
    •  W\ben preparing cake or cookie batter, use t\be S blade to cream fat and 
    sugar first and add dry ingr\Àedients last. Place nuts and fruit on\À top of

    flour mixture to prevent over c\bopping. Process nuts and fruits \Àusing s\bort 
    pulses to blend wit\b ot\ber in\Àgredients. 
    •  W\ben using t\be slicin\Àg, s\bredding or dicing di\Àsk, do not let t\be f\Àood 
    accumulate too \big\b (over 2/3 full); stop and empty t\be workbowl. 
    •  Do not use t\be processor to:
    - Grind coffee beans, bones, grains or \bard spices
    - Liquefy fruits an\Àd vegetables
    - Slice or c\bop warm meat 
    CARE AND CLEANING
    T\bis product contains no user serv\Àiceable parts. Refer service to qualified 
    service professional. 
    \bmportant: Always unplug your processor from t\be outlet before cleaning. 
    CLEANING
    \bmportant: blades are s\barp.  Handle blades and\À disks 
    carefully.
    •  Completely disassemble processor parts before 
    was\bing. 
    •  Rinse parts immediately after processing for easier 
    cleaning. 
    •   Wipe base and feet wit\b a damp clot\À\b and dry 
    t\boroug\bly. Stubborn spots can \Àbe removed by 
    rubbing wit\b a damp\À clot\b and a mild, \Ànonabrasive 
    cleaner. Do not immerse bas\Àe in liquid. 
    •  All removable parts can be was\bed by \band. T\be removable parts, except 
    for t\be dicing s\baft,\À can be was\bed in t\be dis\bwas\ber, top rack only (V). 
    Hand-was\bing of plastic parts will \belp \Àto maintain t\be food processor’s 
    appearance. 
    •  Some staining of parts m\Àay occur. If so, make a paste of 2 tablespoons 
    of baking soda and\À 1 tablespoon of water. Apply to stains and let stand 
    overnig\bt. Rinse and d\Àry. 
    •  Do not use roug\b scouring pads or clea\Ànsers on any plastic or metal parts 
    to clean.
    •  Do not allow blades or disks t\Ào soak in water for long periods of \Àtime.
    •  Remember to clean t\be internal s\baft of t\be c\b\Àopping blade. Use a brus\b 
    to remove any residual food particles.
    •  If you are \baving trouble closing t\be li\Àd over t\be workbowl, apply a small 
    amount of vegetable oil to t\be rim of t\be cover and workbowl. T\bis s\bould 
    make t\be pieces work smoot\ber w\ben attac\bing t\be cover to t\be bowl. 
    CLEANING TIPS:
    • For quick clean up, combine 1 cup warm water and a drop of liquid dis\b 
    soap in t\be food processor workbowl.  
    •  Cover and process on medium speed for about 30 seconds. 
    •  Discard liquid and rinse \Àt\boroug\bly. 
    \bmportant: do not place t\be processor parts in boili\Àng liquids.

    TROUBLESHOOTING:
    PROBLEMSOLUTION
    Food Processor 
    doesn’t run • 
    Make sure t\be bowl and lid are properly aligned and 
    locked in place and t\be large food pus\ber is insert\Àed 
    in t\be feed c\bute. 
    •  C\beck to make sure t\be food processor is plugged in.
    •  If you \bave a circuit breaker box, be sure t\be circuit is 
    closed.
    •  Unplug t\be food processor, and t\ben plug it b\Àack into 
    t\be outlet. 
    Food processor 
    not shredding or 
    slicing properly • 
    Make sure t\be disk is installed properly.
    •  If using t\be adjustable slicing blade, make sure it is 
    set to t\be correct t\bickness.
    •  Make sure ingredients are suitable for slicing or 
    s\bredding.
    \bf workbowl cover 
    won’t close • 
    Make sure t\be disk is installed correctly. 
    •  Try to close again wit\b t\À\be large food pus\ber 
    removed.
    •  Make sure t\bere is no food or ot\ber object \Àblocking 
    t\be interlock system. 
    \bf you are getting 
    an inconsistent 
    dice • 
    Make sure t\be bowl and lid are properly aligned and 
    locked in place and t\be large food pus\ber is insert\Àed 
    in t\be feed c\bute. 
    •  Ensure t\bere are no clogs in dicin\Àg grid, food is 
    lined up evenly wit\b flat ends, and you are using low 
    speed.
    LED light is  
    flashing rapidly • 
    Motor is over\beated. Unplug unit and\À let cool down 
    for at least 20 minutes before use.
    If t\be problem is not due to one of t\be above items, see t\be “Warranty 
    and Service” section of t\bis U\Àse and Care Manual. Do not return t\be Food 
    processor to t\be retailer. Retailers do not provide service.

    RECIPES
    CUCU\fBER V\bNEGAR SALAD2 cucumbers      ¼ tsp. black pepper 
    1 small w\bite onion      1 das\b cayenne pepper
    ½  tsp. salt       
    ¼  cup vinegar     
    ¼  cup water      
    1 Tbsp. sugar     
    ½  tsp. dill weed     
    Insert slicing disk\À into workbowl and adjust external slicing lever to 
    t\bin slice. 
    Process t\be cucumbers and \Àonion on low speed. W\ben finis\bed 
    slicing, place sliced cucumbers and oni\Àons into a bowl and sprinkle 
    wit\b salt. 
    Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl wit\b a fork. Pour over 
    cucumber/onion mixture and toss lig\btly. 
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes, stir before serving. 
    \fANGO SALSA
    2 mangos, peeled, pit\Às removed  Juice of 1 lime 
    1 red bell pepper,       2 Tbsp. fres\b, c\bopped cilantro 
      stem and seeds removed    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 Roma tomato       
    1 medium Jalapeno pep\Àper     
    1 small red onion, quartered       
    Cut ingredients to fit food processor feed c\bute.
    Attac\b dicing disk. \À Using LOW speed, dice mango, bell pepper, 
    tomato, jalapeno pepper and\À onion. 
    Squeeze lime juice onto t\be diced ingredients. 
    Stir in cilantro and season wit\b sa\Àlt and pepper. 
    Cover and refrigerate.

    SP\bNACH ART\bCHOKE D\bP1 can (14 oz.) artic\boke \bearts, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. c\bopped spinac\b, \Àdefrosted and well drained
    1 garlic clove
    1 cup grated Parmesan c\beese
    2/3 cup sour cream 
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    Place artic\boke \bearts, spinac\b and\À garlic in large work bowl wit\b S 
    blade. Pulse c\bop until arti\Àc\bokes are coarsely c\bopped and \Àmixture 
    is blended. 
    Scrape sides of bowl and add remaining ingredients.  Mix until \Àwell 
    blended.
    Spoon dip into a 9-inc\b pie plate or quic\be dis\b. Bak\Àe in 375°F oven 
    20 to 30 minutes or until \bot. 
    Makes 2 2/3 cups
    T\bPS:   Dip may be made a\bead, covered and store in refrigerator up to 24 \bours 
    before baking.  Add extra baking time to make sure dip is \beated t\broug\b.
    Serve wit\b tortilla c\bips, bread cubes or assorted cut up raw vegetables.
    BAS\bC FOOD PROCESSOR P\bZZA CRUST 1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    2/3 cup warm water 
    1 2/3 cups all-purpose \Àflour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    Stir yeast and sugar into warm water; let stand until foamy about 10 min.
    Insert S blade into work bowl; add flour and s\Àalt. Wit\b processor 
    running, pour yeast mixture t\broug\b feed c\bute and process 45 
    seconds or until doug\À\b pulls away from sides of bowl. Add oil t\broug\b 
    feed c\bute and run an additi\Àonal minute.
    NOTE: If doug\b sticks to sides of bowl, add more flour 1 Tbsp. at a 
    time and process 10 seconds after eac\b addition.
