When a bulb is installed or changed, you must 
recordthelampdetails (on page  46) in the projector
so it can be powered properly.
Always perform these steps before inspecting, removing, or installing any part of the lamp system:
1.Shutdowntheprojector  (on page 54), disconnect from power, and let it cool.
2. Put on the protective clothing and face shield.
3. Use the key to open the lamp door and access the lamp compartment.
Do not lean, or place heavy objects on the open lamp door.

Test Pattern  and select 17pt White Field Test Point .
3. Mount a light meter on a tripod and center it with the lens.
The distance from the lens does not matter. An attenuator or an internal foil aperture may be
required.
4. Tap  Menu > Lamp  > LampLOC .

reading in front of the lens is maximized.

Christie recommends choosing a distinct and descriptiv e name for every individual lamp. The lamp
serial number is an alphanumeric, user-defined field.
1. On the touch panel controller, tap  Menu > Lamp  > Change Lamp .
2. Enter a  Lamp Type,  Serial Number , and Hours Used .
3. Tap Apply Lamp Change .
