Nondelivery AlthoughyoucanrequestonlyreturnreceiptsintheConnectionphoneinterface,youmaybeabletospecifically requestreadordeliveryreceiptsbyusinganemailapplication.Notethatyoumayormaynotreceivereceipts inresponsetoyourrequests,dependingonhowyourrecipient'sandyourvoicemailaccountsaresetup.And whenyoudoreceivereceiptsinresponsetoyourreceiptrequests,theycanbeeitherreadreceiptsordelivery receipts,againdependingonhowthevoicemailaccountsaresetup. Whenyoucheckmessages,Connectionplaysreceiptsalongwithyourothermessages.Youplayanddelete receiptsinthesamewayasothermessages;youcannotreplytoorforwardthem. Forreadreceipts,Connectionplaysalistoftherecipientswhoplayedthemessageyousent.Fornondelivery receipts(NDRs),Connectionidentifiesrecipientswhosemailboxesdidnotacceptthemessage. AfterConnectionplaysanNDR,youcanheartheoriginalmessageandresendittotherecipient(s)whofailed toreceiveit.Youcanrecordanintroduction,modifytherecipientlist,andchangedeliveryoptionswhen resendingamessage.Onceyouresendthemessage,ConnectionautomaticallydeletestheNDR.
