Browse:
Upload: After  y\bu  ha\fe  d\bwnl\baded  the  new  firmware,  click 
Browse  t\b  l\bcate  the  firmware  update  \bn  y\bur  hard 
dri\fe. Click 
Up\boad t\b c\bmplete the firmware upgrade.
Once y\bu ha\fe a firmware update \bn y\bur c\bmputer, 
use this \bpti\bn t\b br\bwse f\br the file and then upl\bad 
the inf\brmati\bn int\b the access p\bint. 
Y\bu can upgrade the firmware \bf the access p\bint here. Make sure the firmware y\bu want t\b use is \bn the l\bcal hard dri\fe \bf 
the c\bmputer. Click \bn  Browse t\b l\bcate the firmware file t\b be used f\br the update. Please check the D-Link supp\brt website 
f\br firmware updates at http://support.d\bink.com. Y\bu can d\bwnl\bad firmware upgrades t\b y\bur hard dri\fe fr\bm this site.
After y\bu ha\fe d\bwnl\baded the new language pack, 
click  Browse t\b l\bcate the language pack file \bn y\bur 
hard  dri\fe.  Click  Up\boad  t\b  c\bmplete  the  language 
pack upgrade.

a\failable language pack\ls.

Dynamic  D\bmain  Name  System  is  a  meth\bd  \bf 
keeping a d\bmain name linked t\b a changing IP 
Address. Check the b\bx t\b enable DDNS.
Select y\bur DDNS pr\b\fider fr\bm the dr\bp-d\bwn 
menu \br enter the DDNS ser\fer address.
Enter  the  H\bst  Name  that  y\bu  registered  with 
y\bur DDNS ser\fice pr\b\fider.
Enter  the  User name  \br  key  f\br  y\bur  DDNS 
acc\bunt.
Enter the Passw\brd \br key f\br y\bur DDNS acc\bunt.
Enter a time\but time (\lin h\burs).

Dynamic DNS
The DDNS feature all\bws y\bu t\b h\bst a ser\fer (Web, FTP, Game Ser\fer, etc…) using a d\bmain name that y\bu ha\fe purchased 
(www.whate\fery\burnameis.c\bm) with y\bur dynamically assigned IP address. M\bst br\badband Internet Ser\fice Pr\b\fiders assign 
dynamic (changing) IP addresses. Using a DDNS ser\fice pr\b\fider, y\bur friends can enter in y\bur d\bmain name t\b c\bnnect t\b 
y\bur ser\fer n\b matter what y\bur IP address is.

The  Ping  Test  is  used  t\b  send  Ping  packets  t\b  test  if  a 
c\bmputer  is  \bn  the  Internet.  Enter  the  IP  address  that  y\bu 
wish t\b Ping and click Ping.
Enter the IP\f6 address that y\bu wish t\b Ping and click  Ping.
The results \bf y\bur ping attempts will be displa\lyed here.

Select a day, a range \bf days, \br All Week t\b include 
e\fery day.
Check  A\b\b.Day. -.24hrs  \br  enter  a  start  and  end 
time f\br y\bur schedule.
Y\bu must click  Save.Settings at the t\bp f\br y\bur 
schedules t\b g\b int\b effect.
The list \bf schedules will be listed here. Click the

Schedules can be created f\br use with enf\brcing rules. F\br example, if y\bu want t\b restrict web access t\b M\bn-Fri fr\bm 3pm t\b 
8pm, y\bu c\buld create a schedule selecting M\bn, Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri and enter a Start Time \bf 3pm and End \lTime \bf 8pm.

This page displays the current inf\brmati\bn f\br the DIR-626L. It will display the LAN, WAN (Internet), and Wireless inf\brmati\bn. 
If y\bur Internet c\bnnecti\bn is set up f\br a Dynamic IP address then a  Re\bease butt\bn and a Renew butt\bn will be displayed. 
Use Re\bease t\b disc\bnnect fr\bm y\bur ISP and use Renew t\b c\bnnect t\b y\bur ISP. 
If y\bur Internet c\bnnecti\bn is set up f\br PPP\bE, a  Connect butt\bn and a Disconnect butt\bn will be displayed. Use  Disconnect 
t\b dr\bp the PPP\bE c\bnnecti\bn and use Connect t\b establish the PPP\bE c\bnnecti\bn.
Displays the r\buter’s time and firmware \fersi\bn.
Displays the MAC address and the public \lIP settings 
Displays the MAC address and the pri\fate (l\bcal) IP setting\ls f\br the r\buter.
Displays the wireless MAC address and y\bur wireless settings such as SSID and 
Channel. 
Displays c\bmputers and de\fices that are c\bnnected t\b the r\buter \fia Ethernet 
and that are recei\fing an IP address assigned by the r\buter (DHCP).
