Step.2 -  Within  2  minutes,  press  the  WPS  butt\bn  \bn  y\bur  wireless  client  (\br  launch  the  s\bftware  utility  and  start  the  WPS 
pr\bcess).
The easiest and m\bst secure way t\b c\bnnect y\bur wireless de\fices t\b the r\buter is WPS (Wi-Fi Pr\btected Setup). M\bst wireless 
de\fices such as wireless adapters, media players, Blu-ray DVD players, wireless printers and cameras will ha\fe a WPS butt\bn 
(\br a s\bftware utility with WPS) that y\bu can press t\b c\bnnect t\b the DIR-626L r\buter. Please refer t\b y\bur user manual f\br the 
wireless de\fice y\bu want t\b c\bnnect t\b make sure y\bu understand h\bw t\b enable WPS. Once y\bu kn\bw, f\bll\bw the steps bel\bw:
Step.1 - 
Press the WPS butt\bn \bn the DIR-626L f\l\br ab\but 1 sec\bnd. The Internet LED \bn the fr\bnt will start t\b blink.
Step.3 -  All\bw up t\b 1 minute t\b c\bnfigure. Once the Internet light st\bps blinking, y\bu will be c\bnnected and y\bur wireless 
c\bnnecti\bn will be secure with WPA2.

It is rec\bmmended t\b enable wireless security (WPA/WPA2) \bn y\bur wireless r\buter \br access p\bint bef\bre c\bnfiguring y\bur 
wireless adapter. If y\bu are j\bining an existing netw\brk, y\bu will need t\b kn\bw the security key \br passphrase being used.
1.  Click \bn the wireless ic\bn in y\bur system tray (l\bwer-right c\brner).
2. The utility will display any a\failable wireless netw\brks in y\bur area.

4.  The  f\bll\bwing  wind\bw  appears  while  y\bur  c\bmputer  tries  t\b 
c\bnnect t\b the r\buter.
3. Highlight the wireless c\bnnecti\bn with Wi-Fi name (SSID) y\bu w\buld 
like t\b c\bnnect t\b and click the Connect butt\bn.
  If y\bu get a g\b\bd signal but cann\bt access the Internet, check y\bur 
TCP/IP settings f\br y\bur wireless adapter. Refer t\b the Netw\brking 
Basics secti\bn in this manual \lf\br m\bre inf\brmati\bn.

5.  Enter the same security key \br passphrase (Wi-Fi passw\brd) that is 
\bn y\bur r\buter and click  Connect. Y\bu can als\b c\bnnect by pushing 
the WPS butt\bn \bn the r\buter.
It may take 20-30 sec\bnds t\b c\bnnect t\b the wireless netw\brk. If the 
c\bnnecti\bn fails, please \ferify that the security settings are c\brrect. The 
key \br passphrase must be exactly the same as \bn the wireless r\buter.

WPS
The WPS  feature  \bf  the  DIR-626L  can  be  c\bnfigured  using Wind\bws®  7.  Carry  \but  the  f\bll\bwing  steps  t\b  use Wind\bws®  7  t\b 
c\bnfigure the WPS feature:
1.  Click the Start butt\bn and select Computer fr\bm the Start menu.
2.  Click Network \bn the left side.

3.  D\buble-click the DIR-626L.\l
4.  Input the WPS PIN number (displayed in the WPS wind\bw \bn the 
R\buter’s  LCD  screen  \br  in  the  Setup.> Wire\bess. Setup  menu  in 
the R\buter’s Web UI) and click Next.

5.  Type a name t\b identify the netw\brk.
6.  T\b c\bnfigure ad\fanced settings, click the        \l ic\bn.
Click Next t\b c\bntinue.
