17 Before Starting Before Starting Loading Documents NOTE1. When an oversized original is sent to another machine, sometimes, it is reduced in accordance with the other partys recording paper size. 18 Basic Transmission Settings You can temporarily change the transmission settings either before or after you place the document on the ADF. Basic Transmission Settings 20 The Original setting is useful when sending photographs or illustrations with gray tones. Your machine is preset to TEXT. You can select either TEXT/PHOTO or PHOTO mode. NOTE1. When you select TEXT/PHOTO, or PHOTO, you machine will automatically select Fine Resolution. 2.
