VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
ALGEMEEN
Dit symbool betekent WAARSCHU-
WING. Als u de instructies niet nauwkeu-
rig opvolgt, kunt u letsel oplopen of kan er 
materiële schade ontstaan.
Lees de instructies nauwkeurig. Zorg ervoor dat 
u weet hoe de bedieningsorganen werken en 
hoe u de machine juist moet gebruiken.
Deze machine is uitsluitend bedoeld voor het 
maaien van gazons. Het is verboden om deze te 
gebruiken voor het snoeien van struiken, heg-
gen, klimplanten e.d. omdat u zich dan ernstig 
kunt verwonden.
Laat nooit toe dat kinderen of personen die niet 
op de hoogte zijn van deze voorschriften de 
grasmaaier gebruiken. De leeftijd van de ge-
bruiker wordt bepaald in de plaatselijke wetten.
Maai nooit wanneer er andere personen, vooral 
kinderen, of dieren in de buurt zijn.
Vergeet niet dat de bediener verantwoordelijk is 
voor ongelukken waarbij andere personen of 
hun eigendom betrokken zijn.
Maai nooit wanneer u alcohol gedronken heeft, 
medicijnen ingenomen heeft of onder de in-
vloed van drugs bent. Maai ook niet wanneer u 
moe of ziek bent.
VOORBEREIDING
Draag stevige schoenen en een lange broek. Be-
dien de machine nooit blootsvoets of op sanda-
len.
Draag altijd gehoorbeschermers.
Inspecteer het grasveld dat u wilt maaien en 
verwijder alle stenen, takken, staaldraad en an-
dere voorwerpen.
Controleer voor gebruik altijd of messen en be-
vestigingen versleten of beschadigd zijn. Ver-
vang beschadigde of versleten delen altijd in 
hun geheel zodat de balans niet verstoord 
wordt.Machine aansluiten:
Gebruik uitsluitend een verlengsnoer dat goed-
gekeurd is voor gebruik buitenshuis en dat in 
het contact van de machine past. Neem bij twij-
fel contact op met uw dealer.
Om veiligheidsredenen moet een aardschake-
laar met een afschakelstroom van maximaal 30 
mA aangesloten worden tussen het stopcontact 
en het verlengsnoer.
Controleer voor u de machine gebruikt of het 
verlengsnoer beschadigd is. De machine mag 
niet gebruikt worden als het verlengsnoer be-
schadigd is.
GEBRUIK
Maai alleen bij daglicht of bij goede verlichting.
Maai indien mogelijk niet wanneer het gras nat is.
Zorg tijdens het maaien van een helling altijd 
voor een stevige ondergrond voor uw voeten.
Ren nooit, maar maai stapvoets.
Maai uitsluitend in de lengterichting van de hel-
ling en nooit op en neer.
Wees extra voorzichtig wanneer u van richting 
verandert op een helling.
Maai nooit op hellingen van meer dan 15°.
Wees extra voorzichtig bij het achteruitrijden of 
wanneer u de grasmaaier naar u toe trekt.
Schakel de motor uit wanneer u tijdens het 
maaien met de grasmaaier over een andere on-
dergrond dan gras moet rijden, en ook tijdens 
het rijden van de grasmaaier naar en van het 
grasveld dat u wilt maaien.
Maai nooit met de machine wanneer afscher-
mingsplaten of bedieningselementen defect zijn 
en uitsluitend met een aangekoppeld grasop-
vangsysteem.
Start de motor voorzichtig volgens de instructies. 
Houd uw voeten uit de buurt van de messen.
De grasmaaier mag niet scheef staan of hellen 
wanneer u de motor start behalve wanneer dit 
nodig is. In dat geval mag hij niet meer dan no-
dig hellen en moet u dat deel dat het verst van 
de gebruiker verwijderd is, laten hellen.
Houd handen en voeten uit de buurt van het ro-
terende mes en andere roterende delen. Steek 
nooit uw handen in de uitwerpopening.

De messenbalk blijft nog een poosje draaien na-
dat u het starthandvat heeft losgelaten.
Als de machine uitgerust is met een grasuit-
worp, moet u die altijd vrij houden van takken, 
afval e.d.
Til de grasmaaier nooit op wanneer de motor nog 
draait.
Schakel de motor uit en neem de stekker uit het 
stopcontact:
Wanneer u de grasmaaier onbeheerd achterlaat.
Vóór u takken en vuil verwijdert of wanneer de 
uitwerpopening verstopt is.
Om de machine te controleren, schoon te maken 
of om service uit te voeren.
Als u ergens tegenaan of overheen bent gereden 
en u wilt controleren of de grasmaaier bescha-
digd is en of u eventueel reparaties dient te ver-
richten voordat u verder gaat met maaien.
Wanneer u de machine controleert omdat deze 
meer dan normaal vibreert (onmiddellijk con-
troleren).
Zorg er altijd voor dat het snoer uit de buurt van 
het mes blijft. Als het snoer tijdens het maaien 
beschadigd raakt, moet u onmiddellijk de ma-
chine uitschakelen en de stekker uit het stop-
contact trekken. Een beschadigd snoer moet 
gerepareerd worden door een bevoegd elektri-
cien of vervangen worden door een nieuw.
ONDERHOUD EN STALLEN
Controleer of alle moeren en schroeven goed 
zijn aangehaald, zodat de machine in een be-
trouwbare staat verkeert.
Als de machine uitgerust is met een grasvang-
bak, moet u deze regelmatig controleren op slij-
tage en beschadigingen.
Om veiligheidsredenen moeten versleten of be-
schadigde delen meteen vervangen worden.
Reinig de maaier grondig en berg deze op een 
droge plaats op. De machine mag niet met water 
afgespoeld worden.
Berg de machine buiten bereik van kinderen op.
HET MILIEU
Omwille van het milieu willen wij de volgende 
punten graag speciaal onder uw aandacht brengen:
Gooi gebruikte loodaccus niet een afvalbak. 
Lever deze in bij een accuverzameldepot voor 
recycling (dit betreft door accus aangedreven 
machines en machines met accustart).
Wanneer de machine na een groot aantal jaren 
trouwe dienst moet worden vervangen of niet 
langer nodig is, raden wij u aan de machine 
voor recycling in te leveren bij uw dealer.
SERVICE
ACCESSOIRES/RESERVEONDER-
DELEN
Gebruik altijd originele reserveonder-
delen en accessoires. Niet originele re-
serveonderdelen en accessoires zijn niet 
door de fabrikant van de grasmaaier ge-
controleerd en goedgekeurd. Het ge-
bruik van andere dan originele 
reserveonderdelen kan tot schade lei-
den, ook als ze op de machine passen. De 
fabrikant van de grasmaaier aanvaardt 
geen aansprakelijkheid voor schade 
door dergelijke onderdelen of accessoi-
res veroorzaakt.
Originele reservedelen zijn verkrijgbaar bij de er-
kende servicestations en bij vele handelaars.
We raden u aan de machine één keer per jaar naar 
een erkende servicewerkplaats te brengen voor 
service, onderhoud en controle van de veiligheids-
voorzieningen. 
PRODUCTIDENTITEIT
De identiteit van het product wordt bepaald door 
het onderdeel- en serienummer van de machine.
Zijn terug te vinden op deze sticker die op het 
chassis van de machine zit geplakt:

Gebruik deze twee identiteitsaanduidingen bij al 
uw contacten met de servicewerkplaatsen en wan-
neer u reserveonderdelen koopt.
Na het uitpakken van de machine moet u deze 
nummers zo snel mogelijk op de laatste bladzijde 
van dit boekje schrijven.
De fabrikant behoudt zich het recht voor om de 
producten te wijzigen zonder aankondiging voor-
af.
GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN
Uw nieuwe tuinmachine wordt door ons als volgt 
gegarandeerd:Bij normaal privégebruik 12 maan-
den. Bij commercieel gebruik (hoveniers) 3 maan-
den.
De garantieperiode begint op de dag van aankoop 
(bewaar de rekening of kwitantie als bewijs). Alle 
onderdelen met fabrieks- en/of materiaalfouten 
worden gratis vervangen.
Vrachtkosten zijn voor uw rekening en bij onoor-
deelkundig gebruik van de machine vervalt uw ga-
rantie.

SAFETY REGULATIONS
GENERAL
This symbol indicates a WARNING. 
Personal injury and/or damage to prop-
erty may result if the instructions are 
not followed carefully.
Read the instructions carefully. Familiarise 
yourself with all the controls and correct opera-
tion of the machine.
This machine is only intended for mowing 
lawns. Any other type of usage, e.g. the cutting 
of bushes, hedges or climbing plants, is forbid-
den due to the risk of personal injury.
Never let children or any person not acquainted 
with these regulations use the mower. Local 
regulations may include restrictions concerning 
the minimum age of the driver (operator).
Never use the machine if other people, particu-
larly children, or animals are in the vicinity.
Remember that the driver (operator) will be 
held responsible for any accidents involving 
other persons or their property.
Do not use the machine while under the influ-
ence of alcohol, drugs or medicines, or when 
you are tired or unwell.
PREPARATIONS
Always wear strong shoes and long trousers 
when mowing. Do not operate the machine in 
bare feet or when wearing sandals.
Always use hearing protectors (earplugs or 
muffs).
Check the area to be cut thoroughly and remove 
any stones, sticks, steel wire or other objects.
Before use, always check to make sure that the 
blades and their fixing components are not 
worn or damaged. Replace worn or damaged 
components in complete sets to ensure that the 
correct balance is maintained.
Connecting the machine:
Use only approved extension cables designed 
for outdoor use and which are compatible with 
the plug on the machine. If in doubt, contact 
your dealer.For increased safety, an earth leakage circuit 
breaker with a cut-out current not exceeding 30 
mA should be connected between the wall 
socket and the extension cable.
Before using the machine, check that the exten-
sion cable is not damaged. The machine must 
not be used if the extension cable is damaged.
OPERATION
Use the machine only in daylight or where there 
is good illumination.
Avoid cutting wet grass if possible.
Ensure that you can walk steadily when work-
ing on slopes.
Never run, always walk.
When using mowers fitted with wheels, always 
cut across the slope, never in an up or down di-
rection.
Great care is required when changing direction 
on a slope.
Do not use the machine on slopes of more than 
15°.
Great care is required when reversing or when 
pulling the mower towards you.
Switch off the motor if the mower must be tilted 
when being transported over surfaces other than 
grass, and also when the mower is transported 
to and from the area to be cut.
Never operate the mower with inadequate pro-
tection or without safety equipment, e.g. the 
grass collector, in place.
Start the motor carefully according to the in-
structions given. Keep your feet well away from 
the blades.
Do not tilt the mower when starting the motor 
unless the mower must be tilted for starting. If 
this is the case, it should not be tilted more than 
necessary, and the part furthest away from the 
operator should be tilted.
Keep hands and feet away from the rotating 
blade and other rotating parts. If the mower has 
a grass ejector opening, never put your hand 
into it.
The blade continues to rotate for a while after 
the operating handle has been released.

If the machine is equipped with a grass ejector, 
it must always be kept free from twigs, rubbish 
etc.
Never lift or carry the mower while the motor is 
running.
Shut off the motor and remove the plug:
When leaving the mower unattended.
When removing sticks and other rubbish, or 
when the grass ejector has become clogged.
During inspection, cleaning or when servicing 
the mower.
When checking for damage and performing any 
repairs after running over a foreign object, be-
fore restarting the mower.
When checking the machine if it starts to vi-
brate excessively. (Check immediately.)
Always ensure that the cable does not come 
near the blade. If the cable is damaged during 
mowing, stop the machine immediately and un-
plug the cable from the wall socket before 
checking the cable. A damaged cable must be 
repaired by a qualified electrician or replaced.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Check that all nuts and bolts are tightened so 
that the machine is in a safe operating condi-
tion.
If the machine is fitted with a grass collector, it 
should be checked regularly for signs of wear or 
damage.
To ensure safe operation, replace any worn or 
damaged parts.
Clean the mower thoroughly and store it in-
doors in a dry place. The machine must not be 
washed with water.
Store the machine where children cannot gain 
access to it.
THE ENVIRONMENT
In order to protect the environment, we recom-
mend that the following points should be given 
special consideration:Do not dispose of used lead-acid batteries in a 
rubbish bin. Take them to a battery collection 
point for recycling (applies to battery-powered 
machines and machines with battery start).
When, after many years of service, your ma-
chine needs to be replaced or is no longer re-
quired, we recommend that the machine is 
returned to your distributor for recycling.
SERVICE
ACCESSORIES/SPARE PARTS
Always use genuine spare parts and ac-
cessories. Non-genuine spare parts and 
accessories have not been checked and 
approved by the lawnmower manufac-
turer. Use of non-genuine spare parts 
and accessories can lead to the risk of in-
jury even if they fit the machine. The 
lawnmower manufacturer does not ac-
cept any liability for injuries caused by 
the use of such parts or accessories.
Genuine spare parts are stocked by authorised 
service centres and by many dealers.
We recommend that you take the machine to an au-
thorised service centre for annual servicing, main-
tenance and inspection of safety equipment.
PRODUCT IDENTITY
The identity of the product is determined by the ar-
ticle and serial numbers of the machine.
These can be found on the label fixed to the chassis 
of the machine:
Use this identification whenever you contact a 
service centre or buy replacement parts.
As soon as possible after buying the machine, 
write the above numbers on the back page of this 
booklet.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make 
changes to the product without prior notice.

WARRANTY POLICY
Your new garden machine is protected by a factory 
warranty. The warranty covers a 12 month period 
for normal consumer use and 3 months for com-
mercial use.
The warranty period commences on the day of pur-
chase. Please keep your receipt as proof of pur-
chase. Any parts with a factory fault in material or 
manufacture will be replaced.
Freight charges incurred during repair under war-
ranty must be paid by the owner of the lawnmower. 
The warranty does not cover wear or failure caused 
by owner/operator negligence.

utilizar todos los mandos y el correcto uso de la 
máquina.
Esta máquina está solamente destinada a cortar 
césped. Cualquier otro uso para cortar por ejem-
plo arbustos, setos, enredaderas, etc. queda pro-
hibido debido al riesgo de daños corporales.
Nunca permita que niños o personas que no co-
nocen estas normas manejen el cortacésped. En 
las disposiciones locales puede haber restriccio-
nes sobre la edad del usuario.
Nunca utilice la máquina si hay otras personas, 
especialmente niños o animales en las cerca-
nías.
Recuerde que el operario es el responsable en 
caso de producirse accidentes con daños perso-
nales o materiales.
No utilice la máquina si ha ingerido alcohol, 
drogas o medicinas. Tampoco cuando esté can-
sado o enfermo.
PREPARATIVOS
Antes de utilizar el cortacésped, vístase con za-
patos fuertes y pantalones largos. No conduzca 
la máquina descalzo ni con sandalias.
Utilice siempre protección auditiva.
Controle atentamente la superficie que hay que 
cortar y quite piedras, palos, alambres de acero, 
etc.
Antes de poner la máquina en marcha, controle 
siempre que no estén desgastadas ni dañadas las 
cuchillas ni los dispositivos de fijación. Sustituya 
las piezas dañadas o desgastadas en conjuntos, a 
fin de no desequilibrar la máquina.
Conexión de la máquina:
Utilice solamente un cable prolongador aproba-
do para exteriores y con enchufe adecuado al 
enchufe de la máquina. En caso de dudas con-
tacte con su representante.Para mayor seguridad, se debe conectar entre el 
tomacorriente de la red y el cable prolongador 
un interruptor accionado por corriente de pérdi-
da a tierra, con una corriente de corte no supe-
rior a 30 mA.
Cada vez que vaya a utilizar la máquina contro-
le primero que el cable prolongador no esté da-
ñado. La máquina no debe utilizarse si el cable 
está dañado.
USO
Corte únicamente en luz diurna o en buenas 
condiciones de iluminación.
De ser posible, evite cortar la hierba cuando está 
mojada.
Tenga cuidado al trabajar en superficies inclina-
das.
Nunca hay que correr, sólo andar.
Con un cortacésped con ruedas, el corte en pen-
dientes ha de hacerse siempre en sentido trans-
versal, nunca hacia arriba o abajo.
Observe la máxima precaución al cambiar el sen-
tido de la marcha en una pendiente.
No corte en pendientes que tengan más de 15° de 
inclinación.
Obsérvese la máxima precaución al retroceder o 
cuando tiende a recibir el peso de la máquina.
Si tiene que inclinar la máquina para transportar-
la por otras superficies que no sean de hierba, 
pare el motor. Este ha de estar también parado al 
transportarlo a o desde la superficie que hay que 
cortar.
Nunca haga funcionar el cortacésped con las pro-
tecciones en estado defectuoso o sin los disposi-
tivos de seguridad, por ejemplo el recogedor de 
hierba.
Arranque el motor con cuidado según las ins-
trucciones. Mantenga los pies lejos de las cuchi-
llas.
No incline la máquina cuando va a arrancar el 
motor, excepto si hay que inclinar la al arrancar. 
En este caso, no inclinarla más de lo necesario, 
e inclinar la parte que está más lejos del usuario.
Mantenga las manos y pies lejos de la cuchilla 
en giro y de otras piezas giratorias. Nunca intro-
duzca la mano en la abertura del expulsor, si lo 
hay.

La barra de las cuchillas sigue girando un rato 
después de haber soltado el mango de arranque.
Si la máquina tiene expulsor de hierba, mante-
ner éste siempre libre de ramas, suciedad, etc.
Nunca levante ni acarree el cortacésped cuando 
el motor está en marcha.
Pare el motor y desenchufe:
Cuando abandona la máquina.
Para sacar palos y suciedad o cuando se ha ob-
turado la abertura de expulsión.
Al realizar un control, limpieza o servicio de la 
máquina.
Después de haber chocado con cualquier objeto 
extraño y se desea controlar si se han producido 
daños y para eventuales reparaciones antes de 
volver a arrancar la máquina.
Para controlar la máquina si se producen en la 
misma vibraciones fuertes.
Cuando hay que controlar la máquina debido a 
que empieza a vibrar anormalmente (controlar 
entonces inmediatamente).
Cuidar siempre que el cable no esté en las cer-
canías de la cuchilla. Si el cable fuese dañado 
durante el trabajo, pare inmediatamente la má-
quina y desenchúfela de la red antes de contro-
lar el cable. Un cable dañado debe ser reparado 
por un electricista o se debe cambiar.
MANTENIMIENTO Y 
ALMACENAMIENTO
Controle que todas las tuercas y tornillos están 
bien apretados y que la máquina está en condi-
ciones de trabajar con seguridad.
Si la máquina tiene recogedor, controlar a me-
nudo que no haya sufrido daños ni desgastes.
Por razones de seguridad, cambie las piezas 
desgastadas o dañadas.
Limpiar bien la máquina y guardarla en sitio se-
co. No debe ser lavada con chorro de agua.
Guarde la máquina fuera del alcance de los niños.
MEDIO AMBIENTE
Para cuidar el medio ambiente, recomendamos te-
ner especialmente en cuenta los siguientes puntos:No tire las baterías de plomo en la basura. Entré-
guelas a una central de reciclaje (válido para las 
máquinas a batería y para las máquinas con arran-
que a batería).
Cuando tenga que cambiar una máquina después 
de muchos años de uso o cuando no la necesite 
más, le recomendamos que la entregue a un repre-
sentante para que sea reciclada.
SERVICIO
ACCESORIOS/RECAMBIOS
Utilice siempre repuestos y accesorios 
originales. Los repuestos y accesorios no 
originales no han sido controlados ni 
aprobados por el fabricante de la corta-
dora de césped. El uso de repuestos y ac-
cesorios no originales pueden acarrear 
riesgos aún cuando se adapten a la má-
quina. El fabricante del cortacésped no se 
hace responsable por daños causados por 
repuestos o accesorios no originales.
Los recambios originales son facilitados por los ta-
lleres de servicio autorizado y por muchos conce-
sionarios. 
Recomendamos encargar la revisión, manteni-
miento y control de los sistemas de seguridad de la 
máquina a un taller autorizado una vez por año.
IDENTIDAD DEL PRODUCTO
La identidad del producto queda definida por los 
números de artículo y serie de la máquina.

Utilice estos datos en todo contacto con talleres de

Su nueva máquina está protegida por una garantía 
de fábrica de 12 meses para uso normal y de 3 me-
ses si se usa comercialmente.
El periodo de garantía se inicia en la fecha de com-
pra. Conserve la factura o el recibo como compro-
bante.
Se sustituirán gratuitamente todas las piezas que 
tengan defectos de material o de fabricación.
Los gastos de envío por reparaciones efectuadas 
durante la vigencia de la garantía corren a cargo 
del propietario de la máquina. La garantía no cubre 
desgastes ni averías debidas a negligencia del pro-

PREPARATIVI
Indossare scarpe resistenti e pantaloni lunghi 
quando si usa il raserba. Non usare la macchina 
scalzi o con sandali.
Usare sempre cuffie auricolari protettive.
Controllare in anticipo la zona da tagliare e al-
lontanare pietre, bastoni, fili di ferro e altri og-
getti.
Prima di usare il raserba controllare sempre che 
le lame e il dispositivo di aggancio siano in buo-
no stato. Sostituire a gruppi le parti consumate 
o danneggiate in modo da mantenere lequili-
brio.
Collegamento della macchina:
Usare solo prolunghe previste per luso allaper-
to, adeguate alla spina della macchina. In caso 
di dubbio contattare il rivenditore.
Per una maggiore sicurezza, limpianto dovreb-

macchina se la prolunga è danneggiata.
NORME DUTILIZZO
Tagliare solo alla luce del giorno o con illumi-
nazione sufficiente.
Se possibile, evitare di tagliare erba bagnata.
In pendenza, cercare di camminare adagio.
Non correre mai, tagliare sempre a passo duo-
mo.
Se si utilizza un raserba a ruote, nelle pendenze 
tagliare sempre di traverso, mai su e giù.
Fare molta attenzione ai cambiamenti di dire-
zione in pendenza.
Non tagliare in pendenze superiori a 15°.
Fare molta attenzione durante il movimento in 
retromarcia o quando si tira il raserba verso di sé.
Fermare il motore se il raserba deve essere in-
clinato per il passaggio su superfici non erbose 
e durante il trasporto da e per la zona da tagliare.
Non usare il rasaerba se le protezioni o i dispo-
sitivi di sicurezza sono difettosi, ad esempio il 
raccoglierba, non sono al proprio posto.
Accendere il motore con prudenza seguendo le 
istruzioni. Tenere lontano i piedi dalle lame.
Al momento dellaccensione, inclinare il raser-
ba solo se è strettamente necessario. In tal caso 
non inclinare più del necessario; inclinare solo 
la parte più lontana dalloperatore.
Tenere lontani mani e piedi dalla lama e da altri 
oggetti in rotazione. Se esiste, non infilare mai 
le mani nel foro duscita dellerba.
Il gruppo lame continuerà a ruotare per un po 
dopo che è stata rilasciata la maniglia di avvia-
mento.
Se la macchina è dotata di scarico dellerba, as-
sicurarsi che lapertura di scarico sia sempre li-
bera da rametti, sporco e altro.
Non alzare nè trasportare mai il raserba con il 
motore acceso.
