    5Select [ON] to enable duplex printing, or [OFF] to disable it.

    Setting auto distribution
    If auto distribution is enabled, the forwarding conditions set individually are enabled and faxes will be distrib-
    uted according to the registered conditions.
    1Press .
    2Press [Advanced].
    3Press [AutoDist.].
    4Select [ON], and press [Enter].
    %If you select [OFF], the auto distribution setting is disabled.

    5.6.2 Setting the separator page
    You can change the first sheet of paper with another type of paper to make it easier to separate received 
    documents. For example, if you use colored paper for the separator page, it is easy to identify each individual 
    fax job.
    -Separator Cassette: Select the cassette or tray to use for the first sheet of paper.
    -Print On Separator Page: Set whether to insert a blank page in the start of the received document.

    Paper sources will only appear on the control panel if they have been installed.
    If a cassette is set to not be used for the fax function, you cannot set it as the separator cassette. For details 
    on paper settings, refer to Chapter 2, Specifying Paper Settings in the Users Guide Administrator Opera-
    tions.

    3Press [Separate Rx Page].
    4Press [Setting].

    You can manage transmitted and received documents on the screen.
    The documents that can be managed are indicated below:
    -Faxes transmitted/received after performing a user login
    -Internet faxes transmitted/received after performing a user login
    -Faxes transmitted/received on a computer (including faxes distributed using auto distribution settings)

    This function cannot be used when the authentication method is set to [Network].
    Transmitted and received documents inside a box are only displayed after performing a user login.
    For details on performing a user login, refer to Chapter 3, Setting User Authentication in the Users Guide 
    Administrator Operations.
    Some boxes may not be able to be used, depending on the document box settings.
    For details on document box settings, refer to Chapter 3, Specifying Document Box Settings in the User’s 
    Guide Message Board Operations.
    5.7.1 Transmitting a box document
    1Press .
    2Enable [Broadcast].
    3Specify the destination.
    %For details on specifying the destination, refer to page 6-3. 
    %You can select multiple destinations.
    4Press the [MB Doc.] tab.
    The shared reception box is displayed.
    5Select [Shared Rx Box], [Rx Box], or [Tx Box].

    6Select the document you want to transmit, and press [Trans-
    mit].
    %Press    to display detailed information for the file.

    5.7.2 Printing a box document
    1Press .
    2Press the [MB Doc.] tab.
    The shared reception box is displayed.
    3Select the box in which the documents you want to print are saved.
    4Select the document you want to print, and press [Print].
    %Press   to display detailed information for the file.
    5Enter the number of copies to print using the numeric keys.
    6Select the paper.
    %For details on selecting paper, refer to Chapter 2, Basic Copying in the User’s Guide Copy Oper-
    ations.
    7To perform sorting, press [Sort].
    %If you do not want to perform sorting, proceed to step 9.

    Before pressing , check that the document you specified is being printed. Since the document cur-
    rently being printed will be canceled, you may accidentally cancel another document.
    5.7.3 Deleting a box document
    d
    The administrator password may be required to delete documents, depending on the document box settings. 
    If a screen for entering the administrator password is displayed after the screen in step 5, enter the adminis-
    trator password, and press [Enter]. For details on document box settings, refer to Chapter 3, Specifying Doc-
    ument Box Settings in the User’s Guide Message Board Operations.
    1Press .
    2Press the [MB Doc.] tab.
    The shared reception box is displayed.
    3Select [Shared Rx Box], [Rx Box], or [Tx Box].
    4Select the document you want to delete, and press [Delete].
    %Press   to display detailed information for the file.
    5Press [Yes].
    %Press [No] to close the screen without deleting the data.
    %To continue deleting documents, repeat the operation in steps 3 to 6.
