Blurring above and below or to the left and right of the set range, it will look as though the 
picture was of a miniature.
1Select [MINIATURE EFFECT] using Step 2 on P80 and then press [MENU/SET].

Taking Expressive Portraits and Landscape 
Pictures 
(Advanced Scene Mode)
You can take high-quality pictures of such subjects as people, scenery, sporting events 
and activities, people in night scenes and fl owers in accordance with the surrounding 
conditions.
Set the mode dial.
Press  3/4 to select the Advanced Scene Mode.

When you move the camera to follow a subject moving in one direction such as a runner 
or car, the background becomes a blur and the subject stays focused. This effect is called
