001 Displays the unique device ID in use by the delivery server directory. The
value is only displayed and cannot be changed. This ID is created from the
NIC MAC or IEEE 1394 EUI. The ID is displayed as either 6-byle or 8-byte
    binary.
Machine ID Clear (For Delivery Server) Clears ID
002 Clears the unique ID of the device used as the name in the file transfer
directory. Execute this SP if the connection of the device to the delivery
server is unstable. After clearing the ID, the ID will be established again
automatically by cycling the machine off and on.
    Maximum Entries

Addr Book Migration (SD -> HDD)
040 This SP moves the address book data from an SD card to the HDD. You must
cycle the machine off and on after executing this SP.
    1. Turn the machine off.
    2. Install the HDD.
    3. Insert the SD card with the address book data in SD card Slot.
    4. Turn the machine on.
    5. Do SP5846 040.
    6. Turn the machine off.
    7. Remove the SD card from SD card Slot.
    8. Turn the machine on.

ƒ Executing this SP overwrites any address book data already on the
HDD with the data from the SD card.
ƒ We recommend that you back up all directory information to an SD
card with SP5846-051 before you execute this SP.After the address
book data is copied to HDD, all the address book data is deleted
from the source SD card. If the operation fails, the data is not erased
    from the SD card.
    Fill Addr Acl Info.
041 This SP must be executed immediately after installation of an HDD unit in a
basic machine that previously had no HDD. The first time the machine is
powered on with the new HDD installed, the system automatically takes the

    B230/B237 5-264 SM
address book from the NVRAM and writes it onto the new HDD. However, the
new address book on the HDD can be accessed only by the system
administrator at this stage. Executing this SP by the service technician
immediately after power on grants full address book access to all users.
    Procedure
    1. Turn the machine off.
    2. Install the new HDD.
    3. Turn the machine on.
    4. The address book and its initial data are created on the HDD automatically.
    5. However, at this point the address book can be accessed by only the
    system administrator or key operator.
    6. Enter the SP mode and do SP5846 041. After this SP executes
successfully, any user can access the address book.
047 Initialize Local Addr Book Clears the local address book information,
    including the user code.
048 Initialize Delivery Addr Book Clears the distribution address book
    information, except the user code.
049 Initialize LDAP Addr Book Clears the LDAP address book information,
    except the user code.
050 Initialize All Addr Book Clears all directory information managed by
    UCS, including all user codes.
051 Backup All Addr Book Uploads all directory information to the SD
    card.
052 Restore All Addr Book Downloads all directory information from the
    SD card.
053 Clear Backup Info Deletes the address book data from the SD
    card in the service slot.
Deletes only the files that were uploaded from
    this machine.
This feature does not work if the card is
    write-protected.
