Paper is jammed in paper output slot.
What to DoIf you can see the jammed paper at the paper output slot, remove the paper by following these steps.1.
Slowly pull out paper.
Hold the paper with both hands, and pull it out slowly so as not to tear it.

Paper is jammed near transport unit.
What to Do If you cannot see the paper at the paper output slot, remove the paper from the transport unit.
To remove the paper, follow these steps.

Support the machine with your hand so that it does not fall over as you pull out the jammed paper.

Reload paper.
