							Using iLinq

Contact GE Home Page
Press the key on the top of the page to specify whether you 
want to report a system problem (press System Problem) or to 
ask an Application question (press Apps Question). Fill in the 
page with the appropriate information, then press Send to GE at 
the bottom of the page.

NOTE:  Submitter and Phone Number information is recognized via the 
System Information located on the Contact GE page.
When you send information to GE, iLinq also sends relevant 
information, such as images, exam information and system logs, 
directly to the OnLine Center database.

To view a list of US and Canada GE telephone numbers for GE 
CARES, Applications, and Accessories or to view your 
Ultrasound system information, or to link to other GE web sites, 
press the GE Phone Numbers link from the Contact GE page.

You are able to Contact GE via the Ultrasound system’s internal 
modem connection. It may take a short amount of time for this 
connection to be made. Please be patient.

Applications Home Page
To get GE Application support, press the Applications link at 
the left side of the iLinq Home Page:

The first Applications page lets you search the Frequently Asked 
Question database, based on the keyword(s) you type in the 
Keywords box. After you type in the topic to search for, press the 
Search key. 
To perform a new search, press Clear, then type in the 
keyword(s) for the new search.

Get Mail Messages Page
To view GE email correspondence, press the Get Mail 
Messages link at the left side of the iLinq Home Page:

Current email messages are displayed at the bottom of the 
page. To save an email message, press the Save key at the 
bottom of the page. To select all messages at one time, press 
the Select All key at the bottom of the page. To delete an email 
message (or all email messages if you have selected all of the 
email mesages), press the Delete key at the bottom of the page.

Saved Mail Messages Page
To review a saved email message, press the Saved Mail link at 
the left side of the page, then select the email message to view it 
at the bottom of the page.
