1. At the AUDIX Traffic  Rep orts menu, selec t 6) View AUDIX Traffic  Data. 
The following sc reen appears:

produce. Individual reports are described on the next several pages.

, whic h means that the p artic ular traffic  item is 
unavailab le.
View Hourly Feature Statistics
The Hourly Feature Statistic s Rep ort d isp lays d ownload ed  traffic  d ata in the 
same format as the DEFINITY AUDIX List Measurements Feature Hour sc reen or 
the R1 AUDIX traffic  : feature : hour sc reen. You must 
first retrieve Hourly System 
Traffic  Data, using  PC2AUDIX. 
This rep ort inc ludes the following  types of information ab out the DEFINITY AUDIX 
or R1 AUDIX system feature usag e for a sp ec ific  hour on a sp ec ific  d ate: 
nAverag e numb er of p orts in use d uring  the b usiest hour 
nVoic e mail session usag e time and  the numb er of suc c essful and  
unsuc c essful log in attemp ts b y internal and external c allers 
nCall answer session usag e time and  the numb er of c omp leted  and  
ab andoned  c alls b y internal and  external c allers 
nNumber of voic e mail messag es sent and  c urrently resid ing  on the voic e 
mail system

first retrieve Daily System Traffic 
Data for this rep ort, using  PC2AUDIX. 
This rep ort inc lud es the same typ es of information as the Hourly Feature 
Statistic s Rep ort exc ep t information is shown for an entire d ay instead  of for a 
sp ec ific  hour. 
To display the Daily Feature Statistics Report:
