    To display the Daily Subscriber Statistics Report:
     
    1. At the View AUDIX Traffic  Data menu, selec t C) Daily Sub sc rib er Statistic s. 
    The first p ag e of the rep ort ap p ears with d ata for the first sub sc riber 
    alphab etic ally on the latest d ate for whic h d aily sub sc rib er traffic  d ata 
    exists on the PC. 
    2. Press   (NEXT PAGE) to d isp lay the sec ond p ag e of information.

    nPress   (NX MTCH) to d isp lay the next seq uential rec ord  in the file 
    with the same name. 
    nPress   (PRINT) to p rint the subsc rib er rec ord  on your p rinter. 
    nPress   (PREV REC) to d isp lay the p revious seq uential rec ord  in 
    the file. If the Name field  is highlig hted , the p revious name ap p ears; 
    if the Extension field  is hig hlig hted , the p revious extension ap p ears. 
    View Monthly Subscriber Statistics
    The Monthly Sub sc rib er Statistic s Report d isp lays download ed sub sc rib er traffic  
    d ata in the same format as the DEFINITY AUDIX List Measurements Subsc rib er 
    Month sc reen or the R1 AUDIX traffic  : sub sc rib er : month sc reen. You must 
    first 
    retrieve Daily Subsc rib er Traffic  Data for this rep ort, using PC2AUDIX. 
    This rep ort inc lud es the same typ es of information as the Daily Sub sc rib er 
    Statistic s Rep ort exc ep t information is shown for an entire month instead  of one 
    day.

    Remote Traffic Report
    This rep ort d isp lays the d aily c onnec t time (loc al and  remote usag e, loc al 
    messag es sent, and  remote messages rec eived ) b etween a voic e mail system 
    and  a spec ified  remote system using  AMIS Analog  Networking or d ig ital AUDIX 
    networking  for eac h sp ec ified d ay in a rang e of d ays (up  to 40 d ays). You must 
    first retrieve Daily System Traffic  Data for the sp ec ified d ates on this rep ort, using  
    PC 2 A U D I X.  
    This rep ort lets you see the ac tivity b etween your voic e mail system and  the 
    remote systems when using  AMIS Analog  Networking  or an AUDIX network. If 
    traffic  is heavy, you mig ht want to examine how often messag es are exc hang ed  
    and  inc rease the freq uenc y ac c ording ly. Conversely, if traffic  is lig ht, you may 
    want to red uc e the freq uenc y of transmissions, or only allow transmissions d uring  
    reduced-cost hours. 
    The following is an examp le of the Remote Traffic  Rep ort in tab le format:

    1. At the AUDIX Traffic  Rep orts menu, selec t 7) Remote Traffic  p er Day for a 
    Pe r io d .  
    The following sc reen appears: 
    USAGE TO  Total c onnec t time initiated  from the local system to the remote 
    system in CCS (hund red  c all sec ond s—total sec ond s d ivid ed  
    b y 100). 
    USAGE FROM Total c onnec t time initiated  from the remote system to the loc al 
    system in CCS (hund red  c all sec ond s—total sec ond s d ivid ed  
    b y 100).
    MSGS SENT Total numb er of messag es sent from the loc al system to the 
    remote system. 
    MSGS RECEIVED Total numb er of messag es received  b y the local system from

    Defaults are as follows: 
    nRep ort Starting  Date is the latest Mond ay for whic h five d ays of 
    traffic  d ata exists on the PC, and  the Rep ort End ing  Date is the 
    latest d ate for whic h d aily system traffic  d ata exists on the PC. You 
    c an c hang e these d ates to any d ates in a 40-d ay p eriod  for whic h 
    d aily system traffic  d ata exists on the PC. 
    n“ Send  output to d evic e”  is the p rinter d efined  in the PC2AUDIX 
    Setup  Parameters. You c an d isp lay the rep ort on the PC sc reen by 
    b lanking  out the field, or c opy the rep ort to a file b y entering a file 
    name. If you d id  not d efine a p rinter in PC2AUDIX Setup 
    Parameters, this field  is blank by default and  the rep ort ap pears on 
    the PC sc reen. 
    2. If you wish, c hang e the d efault outp ut d evic e. Otherwise PC2AUDIX 
    retrieves the d efault-sp ec ified  information. 
    3. Press   (CHANGE/RUN) to generate the rep ort. 
    4. If you have Stella Business Grap hic s installed on your PC, the p romp t “ Do 
    you want to see the g rap hic al view of this d ata?”  ap p ears. Enter y
     to 
    inc lud e g rap hic al outp ut or n
     to d isp lay the rep ort in tab le format only. 
    5. The rep ort ap p ears as a tab le with rep ort field s shown horizontally ac ross 
    the page and days listed vertically down the page. If you have graphical 
    output c ap ab ility and  entered  y
     in the p revious step , a c hart also is 
    inc lud ed  with the outp ut. 
    Daily System Attendant Traffic Report
    This rep ort d isp lays the c all answer traffic  for eac h automated  attend ant (and  its 
    sub attend ants) for one d ay. No data c ollec tion is req uired  p rior to running this 
    rep ort; the PC c alls the voic e mail system to g ather ap p rop riate d ata when this 
    rep ort is run. 
    This rep ort lets you see how your attend ants are b eing  used . When you first set 
    up  an attend ant, you c hoose the ord ering  of the op tions b ased  on whic h op tions 
    you exp ec t to be used  most frequently, so that the first c hoic e is exp ec ted  to b e 
    used  more than the sec ond c hoic e and  so on in d esc end ing  ord er. If menu 
    op tions are sec ond ary attend ants, this rep ort tells you if you were c orrec t, or if 
    you need  to rearrang e the op tions. If op tions are not sec ond ary attend ants, 
    similar information c an b e ob tained  from c all d etail rec ording  (CDR) rec ord s.

    1. At the AUDIX Traffic  Rep orts menu, selec t 8) System Attendant Traffic  for a 
    Day.
    The following sc reen appears: 
    Defaults are as follows: 
    nRep ort Date is seven days prior to the c urrent d ay. You c an c hang e 
    this date to any d ate for whic h traffic  d ata still exists in the voic e 
    mail database. 
    n“ Send  output to d evic e”  is the p rinter d efined  in the PC2AUDIX 
    Setup  Parameters. You c an d isp lay the rep ort on the PC sc reen by 
    b lanking  out the field, or c opy the rep ort to a file b y entering a file 
    name. If you d id  not d efine a p rinter in PC2AUDIX Setup 
    Parameters, this field  is blank by default and  the rep ort ap pears on 
    the PC sc reen. 
    2. Enter the extension of the automated  attend ant to rep ort on.
    3. If you wish, c hang e any or all of the d efault rep ort d ata. Otherwise 
    PC2AUDIX retrieves the d efault-sp ec ified  information. 
    4. Press   (CHANGE/RUN) to beg in exec ution. 
    5. If you have Stella Business Grap hic s installed on your PC, the p romp t “ Do
