    Note
    Before you register fax/telephone numbers using Speed Dial Utility2, make sure that no fax operations
    are in progress.
    1.
    Start up Speed Dial Utility2.
    2.
    Select a printer from  PrinterName: list box, and then click  DisplayPrinterSettings .
    3.
    Click TELNumberRegistration  from SettingItemList: .
    The list of registered fax/telephone numbers is displayed.
    4.
    Select an unoccupied code from list, and then click  Edit....
    The  IndividualorGroupSelection  dialog box is displayed.
    5.
    Click RegisterindividualTELnumber  or Registergroupdial , and then click Next....

    Enter group name.
    2.
    Select a code you want to add to group dial, and then click Add>>.

    							2.Add or delete a member to/from group dial.Toaddamember: Select a code to add to group dial, and then click  Add>>.

    Click OK.
    To continue changing fax/telephone numbers or group dials, repeat steps 4 and 5.

    The user's information is displayed.
    4.
    Select an item to change, and then click  Edit....
    The  UserInformation  dialog box is displayed.
    5.
    Enter new user's name on  UserName and new fax/telephone number in  TELNumber,
