    							Copying/Printing Stops
    Check1 Is paper loaded?
    Make sure paper is loaded.
    If necessary, load paper.
    Check2  Do documents to be printed have many photographs or illustrations?
    It takes time for the machine and the computer to process large data such as photos or other graphics, so it may
    seem that the machine is not working.
    Also, if you are printing data that requires a lot of ink on successive sheets of plain paper, the machine may
    pause temporarily. In either case, wait until the process is complete.

    							Cannot Print Using AirPrint
    Check1 Make sure machine is turned on.
    If the machine is turned on, turn it off and back on, and then check whether the issue is resolved.
    Check2  Make sure machine is connected by LAN to same network subnet as AirPrint
    compliant device when printing over LAN.
    Check3  Make sure machine has enough paper and ink.
    Check4  Make sure no error message is displayed on machine's touch screen.
    If the problem is not resolved, use the printer driver on your computer to execute printing and check whether
    the document can be printed normally on the machine.

    Check 1 Make sure that your scanner or printer is turned on.
    Check 2 Connect the USB cable to a different USB port on the computer.
    Check 3  If the USB cable is connected to a USB hub, remove it from the USB hub and
    connect it to a USB port on the computer.
    Check 4  Restart the computer.

    Check 1 To view the image on a monitor, set the output resolution to around 150 dpi. To
    print, set it to around 300 dpi.
