    Your machine has a document image memory which enables you to reserve memory transmission, memory
    deferred transmission, memory polling and so on.
    After reserving the communications in memory, you may need to change the settings of the communication(s)
    while it is still in memory.  This section describes how to use the file editing features.
    Printing or Viewing a File List
    The contents of the communication settings may have to be modified or deleted.  To verify the contents, follow
    the steps below to print or view a file list.
    Make sure that the FAX lamp is ON.  If not, press   to select the FAX MODE.

    Changing the Start Time or the Station of a File
    To change the start time and/or stations in a communication file, follow the steps below.  
    Make sure that the FAX lamp is ON.  If not, press   to select the FAX MODE.

    Printing Out a File
    To print the contents of the communication file, follow the steps bellow.

    Adding Documents Into a File
    To add document(s) into the file, follow the steps bellow.

    Retry an Incomplete File
    If a memory communication has been unsuccessful due to a busy line or no answer, the document(s) you
    stored is automatically erased from memory after the last redial. 
    If you need to retain the document(s) even if the communication failed, change the setting of Fax Parameter
    No. 031 (INC. FILE SAVE) to Valid in advance.  (See page 34)
    To retry the incomplete file, print a File List first to verify the file number.  (See page 89)  
    Then, follow the steps below.  
    Make sure that the FAX lamp is ON.  If not, press   to select the FAX MODE.
