    If Easy-WebPrint EX does not start or its menu does not appear on Internet Explorer, check the following.
    Check1  Is CanonEasy-WebPrintEX  displayed on Toolbars menu in Internet
    Explorer's  View menu?
    If  CanonEasy-WebPrintEX  is not displayed, Easy-WebPrint EX is not installed on your computer. Install the
    latest version of Easy-WebPrint EX from the Canon website.

    Download the latest MP Drivers.
    The latest MP Drivers for your model are available for download on the Canon website.
    Uninstall the existing MP Drivers and follow the installation instructions to install the latest MP Drivers that
    you downloaded. In the connection method selection screen, select  UsetheprinterwithwirelessLAN
    connection  or UsetheprinterwithwiredLANconnection  according to the connection method you use.
    The printer is detected automatically in the network.
    Make sure the printer was found, and install the MP Drivers following the on-screen instructions.

    							AnErrorOccursIf an error occurs in printing, for example if the paper runs out or jams, a troubleshooting message appears
    automatically. Take the appropriate action described in the message.
    If an error occurs, a support code (error number) appears on the computer screen or the touch screen.

    If a message is displayed on the Fax standby screen, take the corresponding action described below.

Wait for the printer to automatically redial the number. If you want to cancel automatic redialing, wait until the printer starts dialing the number, and then press the  Stop
    button. You can also delete the document from printer's memory to cancel automatic redialing.

    Make sure that the cable is plugged in properly, and resend the fax after a while. If you still cannot send
    the fax, select  OFF for Dialtonedetect  in AdvancedFAXsettings  under FAXsettings .

    ry.If the printer receives a fax under one of the following conditions, the printer will not be able to print the received fax and will store it in the printer's memory. When the problem is resolved as described, the faxstored in the printer's memory is printed automatically.

    However, part or all of the fax may not be printed since the ink has run out. Also, the contents of the fax will not be stored in the printer's memory.If the ink has already run out, we recommend that  Donotprint be selected for  Receiveddocu-
    ments  in Autoprintsettings  under FAXsettings  to store the received fax in the printer's mem-
    ory. After you replace the ink tank and select  Print for Receiveddocuments  in Autoprintset-
    tings , the fax stored in the printer's memory will be printed automatically.

    Print the faxes stored in the printer's memory or save them on the USB flash drive, and delete them from the printer's memory.

    When sending a fax, resend it. If this message still appears, delete the faxes stored in the printer's memo- ry, divide the faxes for sending, and send them again.
    When receiving a fax, have the sender resend the faxes.
