							CopyingTwoPagesontoSinglePageWhen you select  2-on-1copy for Layout  in Copy , you can copy two original pages onto a single sheet of
paper by reducing each image.
Tap  Settings  on the Copy standby screen to display the print settings screen and select  2-on-1copy for
Layout .
Select 2-on-1copy  and tap OK.
If you tap  Advanced  with 2-on-1copy  selected, you can specify the orientation and the order of the
original.

						

							If you use this function in combination, select the two-sided copy setting for ADFduplexscan and 2-
sidedPrintSetting  and select the stapling side of print paper on the Print settings screen.

							CopyingFourPagesontoSinglePageWhen you select  4-on-1copy for Layout  in Copy , you can copy four original pages onto a single sheet of
paper by reducing each image. Four different layouts are available.
Select  4-on-1copy  and tap OK.
If you tap  Advanced  with 4-on-1copy  selected, you can specify the orientation and the order of the
original.

							After selecting the order, you can select whether you use the preview screen. If you tap ON, the preview
screen is displayed so that you can check the orientation.

Tap to start scanning the original.
Remove the sheet of original from the platen glass after scanning and load the next sheet on the platen glass and tap  Scan.

Tap to start copying the original already scanned.

							CopyingThickOriginalsSuchasBooksWhen  ON is selected for  Frameerasecopy  in Copy , you can make a copy without black margins around
the image and gutter shadows in copying thick originals such as books. Using this function, you can reduce unnecessary ink consumption.

							CopyingIDCardtoFitontoSinglePageWhen you select  IDcardcopy for Layout  in Copy , you can copy a card sized original such as an ID card
onto a single sheet of paper.
Tap  Settings  on the Copy standby screen to display the print settings screen and select  IDcardcopy for
Layout .
Check the message and tap  OK.
You can check printing result of the front side using the preview screen.
