    							Importing/ExportingE-MailAddressBookYou can import an e-mail address book saved on a USB flash drive, or export the e-mail address book
    saved on the printer to a USB flash drive.
    Importing E-Mail Address Book
    Exporting E-Mail Address Book
    ImportingE-MailAddressBook Follow the procedure below to import the e-mail address book.
    1.
    Make sure printer is turned on.
    2.
    Flick HOME screen and tap   Scan .
    Using the Operation Panel
    The screen for selecting to which you save the data is displayed.
    3.
    Insert USB flash drive into USB flash drive port.
    4.
    Tap   AttachtoE-mail .
    5.
    Tap  E-maildirectlyfromdevice .
    6.
    Tap Edite-mailaddressbook .
    7.
    Tap Importe-mailaddressbook .
    8.
    Check message that is displayed and tap  Yes.
    The address book saved on the USB flash drive is imported and the address book on the printer is
    overwritten. (The address book name is "EMAIL_ADDRESS.BIN").

    Make sure printer is turned on.
    2.
    Flick HOME screen and tap   Scan .

    Insert USB flash drive into USB flash drive port.

    Tap to select the document type.
    Document Scans the original on the platen glass or the ADF as a document data applying the settingsspecified in  Scansettings .
    Photo Scans the original on the platen glass as a photo data applying the settings specified in  Scan
    settings .

    Tap to display  Scansettings  screen.

    Tap to register the current scan settings as a custom setting.

    Tap to display the screen to select the destination.

    Load original document on platen glass or in ADF.
    8.
    Press  Color button for color scanning, or  Black button for black & white scanning.

    Tap to save the scanned original on the USB flash drive.
